Tim gives an estimate based on a face to face assessment and he is fair and transparent in his business. The moving crew arrived on moving day ready to go to work. They carefully wrapped furniture with plastic and/or blankets before loading it in the truck. When I ran out of boxes for the last few things - which always ends up being more than a few - Tim donated boxes to use, with the agreement that I give him all my collapsed boxes after I unpacked.
