By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a coach…read more As a fitness coach who has worked with many coaches over the years, I have high standards for professionalism, but Coach Daniel failed on every level. I was randomly assigned to Coach Daniel after the intro class with Coach Mark. Not too long after I worked with him, I realized his punctuality and communication were a total mess. He was late to our very first session and kept showing up late after that. (Screenshot #2) Other than his constant tardiness, he was frequently distracted and disengaged while training me. It got to the point where he completely no-showed on me once without any heads-up (Screenshot #3）. After I brought up my concerns about his punctuality, hoping things would change, he even explicitly admitted in text messages that the business has no formal policy for coach no-shows or severe delays, and unpunctuality and missed lessons are a regular issue among the coaches at this gym (Screenshot #1 & #3）. For our latest session he claimed at the last minute he would be 45 minutes late again and even unilaterally decided to hand me off to another coach without my permission (Screenshot #5）. When I reached out to discuss his professional attitude, he literally ghosted me for days with zero response. When he finally got back to me, there was no apology or explanation, just "I think it's best moving forward that you work with a different coach" or offered a refund(Screenshot #6）. On top of being constantly late and ghosting me, Coach Daniel went out of his way in our texts to poison my view of the entire coaching team. He constantly talked trash about his colleagues behind their backs, mocked other coaches' client progress (Screenshot #4), bragged about poaching clients from his coworkers (Screenshot #7), and tried to stir up random drama by claiming other trainers were creeping around his clients (Screenshot #8). Rather than just doing his job, he was busy gossiping, throwing people under the bus, and creating a toxic environment. I have formally reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB Case #25170416) with full text and message record evidence. Loopkicks is honestly too good of a facility to have a coach like this. It's a pity that a quality gym like Loopkicks allows such unprofessional behavior from a coach. If you value your time and money, stay away from Daniel Nguyen.

Mark lacks basic knowledge regarding client safety and clearly cares more about collecting fees than protecting his students. Furthermore, he and his staff lack formal training; they started as a group of friends meeting at a park before turning it into a business. I highly advise against taking classes here. I am seriously concerned for the safety of others, especially children. "Only one coach seems to care about teaching. The rest just socialize--for example, one coach only seemed interested in chatting with young girls--while others simply ignore students during open gym, despite the promised professional guidance." Protect Your Safety and Your Hard-Earned Cash!

Coach Rodel made sure that he got to know our family and our son in and out of basketball, and use that knowledge to develop him. He even watched our son play at his school basketball and gave feedback to my son during his regular basketball training. We love how much opportunity Coach Rodel gives our son. He encourages our son to push for more and up to his maximum ability. For example, our son is good in defending the ball and driving the ball, but hesitates in driving in and making the shot. Coach Rodel helps build his confidence and encourages him to drive in and makes the shot when possible during the games. We have seen him build other players' skills too and have seen improvements. He also finds a way to make it fun for the boys and girls by having a team activity from time to time. This helps build better team work. The "coaches" never bothered to provide targeted training or help her reach the pre-team level. To make matters worse, they gave her crushing negative feedback right to her face after a pre-team evaluation, which ultimately caused her to quit gymnastics entirely. They rely on their central location to attract new families, but they do not care about the students. Save your time and money--look elsewhere.
