I've never used this return method before so I was kind of skeptical…read more I usually just drop it off at a nearby UPS Store, but since this place is closer and it doesn't cost me anything vs. the USPS route, I figured why not give it a try. There are 2 scanners and you simply scan your QR code that Amazon emails you when you confirm that you want to return your item. Once scanned, a locker will randomly pop open and you place your item into the slot and shut the door. Don't leave until the screen confirms that it was accepted and you should also get a confirmation email. Once accepted, that's it lol. You don't even have to box it up or anything, the staff there will do it for you after you leave. You get your refund within a few hours. This hub is located in the Century Square next to PokeWorks and The Mess. Staff are friendly. Parking lot is small. If you're going in and out, it should be ok, but just be mindful of how long you're there and/or the traffic because it is paid parking.

If it tooks someone 2 minutes to fix it, they are moving SLOW! I needed the little loop soldered back together that holds my cross on the chain. I also enquired about a ring that has 2 small diamonds missing. I was quoted $150.00 - $20 for the 2 stones and $130 for the labor. Again...shocked. *Now here is the interesting part to this review. I called on 8.21.25 and asked how much it would be to fix my cross and said this gentlemen said "no more than $25 and would take about 1 hour.
