He was very rude and did not explain why I had received a confirmation and was not helpful on what to do next. They had one type in the size we wanted, but not what we needed. This one hangs on a peg, we needed one that simply sets on the easel and has a harder cardboard backing for support, the only one they had had a real flimsy backing to it. The place is big, has the smell of toner and printer ink, as they do printing and such as well. They also have a gift shop area up front.
