Kim went above and beyond on a package for me that was delivered late, and she fought to get it corrected. Even when corporate didn't do the right thing, the franchise did. Upon entering the facility, I had a pre-printed label and package ready to go. I was advised by the company that sent the label via USPS that it only required taping and drop-off which was done. However, David Donaldson, the representative I interacted with, loudly proclaimed his name as I was exiting, drawing attention from everyone present. He informed me that the package could not be shipped due to the faded printed end, approximately two inches in length. I explained that I did not print the label, as it was sent to me via USPS and took nearly three weeks to arrive, and that I lacked the means to reprint it. I suggested that, given the label's QR code and clearly legible 1Z tracking number, a reprint should be feasible at a label-printing establishment. Nevertheless, Mr. Donaldson refused to accept the package and again loudly declared his name "and be sure to tell them that!" as I departed, instructing me to convey his involvement. As a result, I will no longer utilize the services of The UPS Store for my labeling and shipping needs. read more

I have been here a few times and the staff is usually nice... My only issue is they charge you to print the return labels.. This wouldn't be a problem if they would either post a sign that says they charge you, or tell you before printing the label... The lady that was helping me never stated there would be a charge for printing the label... She gave me the a binder that had the email to send the label to and started helping other customers... I was waiting at the counter to see if she got the email, and another staff member asked if I had been helped... She had to tell the lady that was supposed to be helping me to check the email... At no point did anyone say there would be a charge for them printing the label... The lady printed the label and said my charge is $3.08.. I was confused because I used a prepaid label... I had to ask what the $3.08 was for because she still never said... I asked the lady if there was a fee schedule stating the charge to print labels, and she said this store charges to print labels... I told her if she had told me that from the beginning I wouldn't have had the store to print the label.. She proceeded to scan the label and stated she would tape it for me while I went to get the money... She never apologized or anything... I have been to several UPS locations and they don't charge... I used this location for convenience, but convenience isn't always best... It's not the amount, it's the principle... read more

One of the best UPS stores I've ever went to in 76 years don't be surprised if you see store owner there at the counter serving customers. He and his team strive to surpass customer expectations by providing the best customer service. I went in on a very busy Saturday and manager along with 4 associates were waiting on customers serving them, getting their needs met and out the door in record time. So disturbing that as a customer I have to stand in a long line out the door in the Texas humidity listing to the drivers music blasting over a company truck! Thank god my child was not with me! Be mindful that it's in a shopping center and families are out and about. Not appropriate music to be blaring out of any car let alone a WELL KNOWN COMPANY VEHICLE! Nicest people in this store. Because of my work I am often use the UPS store in Waxahachie. You walk in the door and someone says hello and welcome, then thank you for coming in when you leave. Best customer service ever! The ladies who run this store are so helpful, nice and friendly. They go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Always a terrible place. Have given it a number of changes but I always walk away disgusted. Owner is never there and he is the only one capable to ship international. Staff slow, unable to perform domestic shipping (this last lady messed up one UPS parcel and then had to measure a USPS envelope 3 times and still not get it right). Incompetent, slow, misquotes, never consistent service (each time they do something different on shipping tasks) and just plain inefficient. So sad that the place is in Waxahachie as it gives the town a bad name. Never again! I WILL go elsewhere!! read more
