The facility is clean and obviously maintained by the Pizza place two doors away. The machines were shining because they have been wiped down, and all were in good working condition. Wash time is incredibly shorter than the thirty minutes I am used to with a wash cycle of 15 minutes. Clothes came out smelling fresh and I hope this is not because of the short rinse cycle. The dryers have substantial heat, so they get the job done provided you don't over stuff them. People leave paperback book for patrons to borrow while waiting, or to take home. My only complaint is the 1990's TV that has a 'display' box blocking one third of the screen. C'mon, TVs are cheap now. Build a retaining box if you are afraid it will get stolen!

And when I try to offer extra instructions she REFUSES to write anything down or prepare my pink ticket. I left frustrated and took my clothes back. Her discourteousness was a mood killer. A month later: A help wanted sign & a closed service window during "open hours" - that happens when you let go of considerate, polite customer service workers like you use to have. It doesn't pay to have rude and ugly acting people on your team.

The worst service ever…read more Tried to clean my Ugg boots and when I got them back, could not even put my toes. When I called, they basically told me that it was my fault for bringing a heavily stained boots, and there was NOTHING they could do about it. No apologies or no explanation at all. I only got a refund but the lady claimed for doing so much work on trying to clean my boots and not getting paid. I don't see why I needed to be yelled at when all I wanted was just a regular cleaning service for boots. By the way, the lady hanged up on me at last. Very professional. Don't ever try the suede/leather cleaning service here. You don't want to destroy your boots and get yelled at. She doesn't know how to treat customers.
