There were so many unique options at really reasonable prices (especially compared to boutique plant shops in Tacoma). What really stood out though was the creative, welcoming atmosphere. As an art lover and a mom of three, I loved that they offer free art classes for kids on Sundays! Such a fun and RARE experience (truly trying to think of anywhere else that offers free activities). They even encourage customers to doodle while they wait and hang their artwork on the wall. I only wish we had more time to stay, check out the class, and add our own sketches. If I'm ever in the Pasco area again, this will definitely be my first stop.

There are different size space and I have only been to the bigger room where I had my wedding reception and been to a quincenera. There is a stage for the bands and musicians. The owner provides security and they are there throughout the whole event to make sure nothing goes wrong and that the bathroom always has toilet paper and clears out the garbage for you. By the end of the party you don't have to worry about cleaning up either because they have you covered.

Two of the places I called never returned my request for a quote, one place only had time to book us at 9 pm on a Wednesday for one hour, and one place was much smaller than the Grange for about twice the price. The Grange met all of our requirements for our event. Tara was amazing to work with: super helpful, answered all questions quickly and professionally and made the planning for our event as stress-free as possible. I would definitely book with Tara and the Grange again if I was ever in need of a large space for an event.

Thursday, 07/12/2024,…read more Up since 4:30am, Three weary travelers from Pasco, WA to Portland, OR, with a change of trains from Portland, OR to Tacoma, WA -arrived early for their 6:40am departure on The Empire Builder. Only to find out our train had been delayed by 4 hours and was now departing at 10:35am. We checked our 2 largest pieces of luggage and decided to just wait at the station, as our family friend DR had already dropped us off & gone on to work. Well about 7:30am the Amtrak employee who works the desk came by and gave us a 5.11 oz. Snack box filled with: Hummus, Cheese Spread, Almonds, Brownie Crisps, Crackers, Beef Stick & Dried Apples! FREE! WOW, what a wonderful service and it saved us from having to buy snacks with our own $! I'm highly recommend taking this train. Thanks Amtrak!

They are truly amazing wedding coordinators who will go above and beyond for you on your day. The event was held at a family home with a pool and on the river. The event required food, entertainment for the kids and items to celebrate our parents. She has a very good knowledge of the vendors in the area, providing excellent meals. Her ideas, personal hands-on work, communication, organization And budgeting skills, made the event smooth and fall within the budget. She adjusted easily with any changes or surprises that occurred. The event was over three days, requiring her and her staff to come in and out of the home to set up meals, stock drinks, buy more supplies, and provide any cleanup needed. Daniele's personal touch made us feel like she was part of our family. She provided ideas and the products to bring my vision for the celebration of life of our parents come to life. She even made baskets for the bathrooms with personal supplies Like you get at a fancy hotel. She brought in toys for the pool and a wet bouncy house for the kids and adults to use. They interfered with my vendors, destroyed our decor at the start of the reception, removed our chair sashes at the start of the reception, threw away the wedding cake before anybody got to eat it, breeched our contract in several areas leaving us to have to hire our own staff, were aggressive and rude the entire time leaving several of us in tears throughout the event. Our contracted time to end was 11:59pm, they made our guests believe the wedding was over at 8pm and about half of our guests left. We were forced to pack our things and leave before 11:00pm on July 4,2022. The venue also jumped behind the bar while the bartender had stepped away and started serving drinks to our guests! Creating a huge liability for our bartender. The man who runs this venue so horrific his own staff is willing to write statements on our behalf. The amount of time, money, and work we put into our daughters wedding was completely destroyed. The most special day of her life, we can't do over, was ruined by the people who run this venue. I have to tell you about the horrific customer service experience I've ever had. I am in shock and…read moreI need your help to spread the word. We reserved a party time at Bouncing Around LLC. The initial customer service was pretty ehhh, not helpful, not warm, but I was going to just ignore that. We showed up to the party and again, the service was pretty meh. The ladies up front acted like we were a burden on them. Determined to have a great birthday party for my daughter, I just let it go and everyone started playing. We had issues with some of the toys. One of the bouncy things was set up for laser tag and they had laser guns for the kids to play with. I guess they didn't like the kids running around with the guns so they took them away. I can even overlook that, because if they aren't playing 'right' then fine, take them away. Here's where things get interesting. At the end of the party, I wanted to find out what had happened with the laser guns, since the kids were really bummed out that they had been taken away. I went to the back to find the employee, and I found her sweeping off the table cloth with a broom. Yes, SWEEPING the tablecloth. This was a cheap plastic party table cloth. Gross, right? Again, I was going to let it slide because I didn't want a big ordeal. I asked her what had happened with the guns. She told me ( in a rude voice!) that three times she had asked the kids to stop putting the toys on the floor and then she took them away. Ok, I kind of get that. Maybe she doesn't realize that children, aged almost 2 - 10, tend to just drop thing and run to the next thing when they are excited. I told her that I understood that, even though I thought it was ridiculous and out of line for a party place. I then said "I just wanted to tell you that I am very unhappy with the service at this place and we won't be back." She said that she had had enough of me and that I needed to leave. I mentioned that that was the first I had ever talked to her so I didn't know what she was talking about. She said she had had enough of me and that I had been nasty and had written a long nasty note on her facebook page and that I needed to leave. I told her that I had never written anything on her on her page and had never talked to her before, except to schedule the party. She then got incredibly hostile, told me to leave and that she was going to call the cops. I said I was leaving and that was unnecessary. She started towards the front of the store, angrily, saying that she was calling the cops and I had better get off of her premises. I left as quickly as possible. I do not understand the nastiness that this woman had over my telling her that I was unhappy with the service. It is hard to hear that something isn't right, but to become hostile and threatening over a very calmly expressed complaint is completely out of line. Spend your money elsewhere.

I looked at the prices on the website and it states that Fridays from 11-2 are $5/child (which was very exciting for a family of 4 children). Above that price listing is a notice that says "Indoor Daily Specials*** Please check our facebook page for daily price and time changes". Why have a time and price "calendar" on your website if you're just going to change it on your facebook? What about people who don't use facebook? So I went to the facebook page yesterday after I noticed that section...The only prices I saw on there was the post from December 9th which showed Friday 11-2 was $5. The last few times we had been to Bouncing Around, there were 6 bounce "houses" or areas and totally worth the time and money. We arrived at 11am to find out not only did they take out 3 of the (better) bounce areas but also raised the price to $10/kid AND if they wanted to do the laser tag it was going to be $15/kid. I asked why they didn't have the new prices listed on their website, and she said "well you have to check facebook." So while I was standing there (before I paid), I checked their facebook and sure enough - the new "holiday" prices were on there, but posted at 8pm on 12/26/13. I mentioned to her that the only other prices that have been posted are from December 9th and she said "Oh, we posted the prices since then but I deleted that post last night." I don't understand how you could RAISE the price and take out bouncy areas...and then in the area where you took the others out you put in a laser area that you have to pay even MORE to play in?! That is just plain ridiculous. My kids were SO excited to go back to play at Bouncing Around instead of going to the packed Get Air trampoline park in Kennewick. After 25 minutes at Bouncing Around this morning, my kids were absolutely bored...but I didnt even want to ask for a refund because I'm sure we wouldn't have received one...I forced my children to figure out a way to play on the 3 areas that were available to them so we didn't waste $40. By noon, my kids were sitting around and having melt downs because they didn't have anything else to do. I wasn't going to pay the extra $5 each ($20 more) to put in laser tag. I am highly disappointed in this company and don't plan on going back. I hope someone (other than the person I had to deal with this morning who was not very nice) will contact me. Also, be sure to bring your own water in your car. They do not have a water fountain or offer free water to thirsty children. They do, however, have bottled water you can purchase for $1 each. I had my children get water from our vehicle and they had to stand outside the business door (in foggy 30 degree weather) because they do not allow outside food or drinks. And now I see around noon they posted on their Facebook that "parents are free!"...thank you for mentioning that to me while I was there (sarcasm). I would have loved to play with my kids and help them not be so bored.
