Even the bathrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. Our experience started a little rough because the first lady serving us didn't seem very welcoming or interested in helping us, and at times came across a bit rude. However, the sweet girl and the gentleman who took over later completely turned the experience around. They were kind, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of throughout the party. Their service really made a difference and helped make the celebration enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back for the food and atmosphere.

During the class, there was a moment where we had to go up to a spot to collect more already made dough, but I ended up freezing in my spot as everyone rushed to line up and gather some dough. Social anxiety or what have you, I ended up not having enough layers as there wasn't enough dough left for me after everyone got their share. One of the classmates gave me their layers so we both had shorter cakes. Very kind. I emailed Nena later on Facebook just to share about the situation and she offered me a discount next time I come in for pastries! Mind you, I'd probably lock up again to try and ask for my discount, but it was kind and generous nonetheless. Thank you Nena.
