[[HIGHLIGHT]]Coffee was not good. So insanely bland, especially for the price.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's MUCH better coffee out there. Not even sure if you could call this coffee. Food was alright. I ordered the honey prosciutto Gouda flatbread and that was similarly bland. It needed some sort of kick to it or a WOW ingredient--maybe add a veggie like arugula? My friend ordered a chicken sandwich and I ended up using her leftover sauce for my flatbread. This place fell flat for me. 2 stars because service was very nice. I liked that you could order from a QR code at a table so you can take your time ordering. Lots of customization options too for menu items when you order online. There's drive thru but seemingly no mic like at a McDonald's drive thru. Instead, a worker stood outside in the cold taking orders. read more

This was by delivery so I can't speak for the service or ambiance but I ordered almond milk and this tastes heavy w cream whole milk style flavor tastes like most lattes just heavy I asked to add raspberry I taste none. Wouldn't go again but they do an amazing job with packaging I had the missle? May be for some just not for me. There are no prices on the menus and my barista didn't even know that. This is a new coffee bar in West Richland with a great location. I think there are some kinks that still need to be worked out. I don't know if they will be adding an intercom for ordering but it seems like they are getting enough business to invest in one. My low rating is for a few reasons. 1. When I tell you my order, it would be nice if you put it in. It looked like the guy was putting it in but when it came time to pay he said "what kind of coffee again?" 2. When the gal delivered my coffee it was obviously spilling over and onto the saucer plate. Not just a dribble, a whole 8oz! I feel like she knew it wasn't ok too. So I got up and cleaned up the mess. Thankfully they do have thick napkins. I truly wish I would have taken a picture because I think this would have been a great training opportunity for their staff. 3. The coffee tastes burnt. I don't know if anyone had Roasters and enjoyed it but it's very similar. Not my cup of tea but maybe yours. I also don't think their flavoring is consistent. Again, I think this comes down to training. 4. The music was blaring and maybe this is why the person taking my order didn't get it the first time. Perhaps they should visit a few other coffee bars in town to see whats appropriate. I try to visit different coffee shops each week to support local. Well, they've done it again. Already as awesome as their Pasco location. They just opened, however I haven't personally experienced any "growing pains" you'd expect at a new spot. Now I need to find that sweet spot when their line is the shortest :) read more

Swigg recently opened this location and I was blown away by how good the espresso in my latte was. I ordered a decaf oatmilk latte with vanilla syrup, which is my order when I have low expectations. The flavor of the coffee cut through all of that and it was a naturally sweet and chocolatey flavor. I am excited to try it again and just get a plain latte or cappuccino because the quality of the espresso was so good. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and gave me the vibe that this is the kind of place that takes pride in the quality of its coffee, rather than aiming to provide a quick/cheap cup of coffee. Both types of establishments have their purposes, but I'm very excited to have a quality establishment in my neighborhood! read more

Excellent place to sit and enjoy coffee or a snack. Each visit is a good experience. Pricing seems fine too.
