I find the quality, prices, and curation of this shop to be great. This is their "low-end" storefront, but since this is the Hamptons, that still includes brands like Vince, Theory, Rag & Bone, etc. I have shopped there many times over the years and yesterday found a beautiful Vince shift dress for $55. However, their signage clearly states that anyone not fully vaccinated must wear a mask. I myself wore one despite having been fully vaccinated since May. So imagine my surprise when I overhear an employee on the phone talking about getting her second vaccine dose next week. I exited the fitting room to find her unmasked walking around the store and helping customers. Extremely disappointed by their Covid safety adherence. read more

They accepted 16 items of expensive clothing, but I never heard from them until I wrote a couple of months later. They sent me a list valuing the clothes at around $800. Then, no word from them about any sales. After 6 months, I wrote again and they told me that nothing sold and my account expired. That is hard to believe. I think I was cheated. Went there today with beautiful clothes with tags still on. The woman that was there, I guess, thought we weren't worthy of her Southampton crap store. Pieces we had were $600 or more shirts, shoes, pocketbooks, etc. she actually said - this stuff would be low end. Wow!! Just hung up with an employee who states my item is at the door for pick up. I gave this company my chandelier with Hope's it would sell in one of Colletts stores. She herself took the item in and said it would go on display by the weekend. After a few months I went into store and did not see the chandelier on display. I then inquired and they assured me it would go up. Almost 2 years later still nothing and still NOT displayed. I renewed the contract again and have all email correspondence showing they would finally display it. 2.5 years later still not sold or displayed. STAY AWAY, they think who they are and is your typical I'm too good for you attitude. I called today and was hung up on after being told to pick up my chandelier. 2.5 years later and they NEVER DISPLAYED THE ITEM. SCOTT the manager called and left message . I have all proof and documentation. If you want to sell your item on consignment find somewhere else. read more

Do not consign with this company or do business with them. They cheat you by not telling what you sold, and then tell you that your consigned clothes become their property after a certain period. I am currently trying to take back all the clothes I consigned, but do not manage to do so. Did not see my clothes in the store. Also, if you want to take back your clothes before a certain period (?) you have to pay them a fee. The period is not expired and they tell me the clothes are not elligible for pick-up. Of all the clothes I left, NOTHING has been sold. They mention their contract, but it is a total lie. They should not be in business. read more

I would never do business or buy anything from this company. They sold my friend a fake Hermes belt. Also, if you consign with this company, you need to harass them to get paid or they will not pay you for your sold merchandise. Horrible, dishonest people. They should be out of business and deserve bad karma! read more

Consignment and resale is available everywhere now. But for me I stick with the people who consistently provide great service and gorgeous merchandise to shop from. Not to mention a great in-store experience. Can't wait to shop during NYFW2018!!! read more
