About a week later without any notice from them my credit card was charged $90.00 without any authorization. I called and spoke to the office and they told me insurance would not cover the additional fee. I asked to have the doctor call me and no one ever called me back. Its too bad because I liked the doctor and would have been a long time customer but I feel the office used deception on my initial consult.

I still decided to stay was called in to the back room and didn't notice any cleaning or smell of cleaning between ppl and proceeded to use the same table the other ppl were being seen on with no cleaning between clients. I come out and there were ppl not wearing masks total of 10 ppl. Long story short 7days later I am sick with COVID symptoms waiting for a test result. I followed all the rules, I wear a mask if I go out, I don't even grocery shop or out in large crowds. Please be careful, please improve your COVID protocol and don't make anymore of your current clients sick! If I do get a positive result I will be calling and notifying the office. ***update*** so I was updated as of July 5th, by a nurse at the Covid testing site. This Place seriously injured me around thanks giving of last year. They performed an adjustment on…read moreme which caused me a lot of pain. I called to see if that was normal and was told it was. The second time I get an adjustment, the practioner or whatever is paying more attention to another patient because they were discussing sports. The dude tried an adjustment and my back didn't pop. So he tried it again but harder. This cause me A LOT of pain. By the time I got home i noticed my left leg is gloved; term for numbing sensation where touch feels like static almost as if you are wearing a glove over the skin being stimulated. I called them to report the serious pain I was and that my leg was numb. They told me to call back tomorrow after 3:30pm If I was still having said issue. I called back at 3:31pm to report that nothing had changed. They told me to come back to clinic to be reviewed. I came back to the clinic and instead of putting wirh a nurse or practitioner, the same dude who hurt me had me lay down. I was under the impression that they were going to assess the issue but instead they performed another adjustment without my permission then had the nerve to charge me for the adjustment I didn't request. I called back to explain what was going on and at this point the receptionist seemed very worried. She said she'd had the nurse call me back. The nurse did call and recommends that I go to the hospital and makes sure to say they would have never cleared the second adjustment. I end up having to go to more specialists visits because my back pain is now an annular tear. I've been in and out of specialists since that day. I've become hooked on pain pulls. I've had to get CT scans. All and all this practice has literally costed me thousands of dollars. It's been almost a year and my leg is still numb. I still have daily pain. I reached out to them several times to try to work out some sort of deal to lessen the cost of my medical expenses caused by them. They pretend to be concerned for about a week then I never heard another word from them. Safe to assume they stopped caring when they realized I didn't have enough money for a malpractice suit. As a scientific mind I was intrigued by how it would work. After suffering from chronic back pain that a spinal surgeon couldn't figure out, and a car accident I was recommended to go see Dr. Harrison. My car accident pain was fixed immediately, and though my chronic back pain has taken longer to work through, I am able to do things I haven't been able to in years. Dr Harrison didn't just look at the spinal problems, he took a step back and looked at the complete picture to find out why my back problems were chronic. Through the use of supplements, chiropractic methods, and massage therapy I am able to walk for longer than an hour and even work out in a gym again! I gained so much weight due to the constant confusion on my health, and through finding out the root problem, the weight has been coming off! Two years ago my back pain had become so bad I could not walk from the front of walmart to the back without needing to sit for 20-30 min. Spinal surgeons told me my profession was most likely no longer a viable option. That is all I ever wanted to do, was to help people; and I was being told I couldn't because they didn't know why I couldn't stand without pain. Dr Harrison found out why, a defect in my spine so small it had been looked over. In 4 months he revived a dream that had been doused, because of the staff at Lifetime family health I will continue to go onto med school. The staff has never grown tired of my constant questions about how chiropractic and holistic medicine works, and believe me it's a running joke that I'm going to come in harassing them with questions. Each member of the facility seems to truly enjoy what they do, and as the great Dr. Hunter "patch" Adams says; we treat the patient not the problems. I see Dr. Patch's philosophy in Dr Harrison each day, through lighthearted humour laced with knowledge. So, yes, any chiropractic doctor can fix you; but don't you want one who makes you feel like you are already home?
