They've never mentioned anything about periodontal disease. We go to this place and all of a sudden both my wife and I are diagnosed with periodontal disease with treatments every three months and thousands and thousands of dollars. We were shocked. Thank God, we got a second opinion ... found out our teeth are just fine. Matter of fact, my wife got an A+ from our new dentist. They said absolutely no sign for either one of us of periodontal disease. Getting back to our initial appointment with Aspen dental. I should've known better when I was in the waiting room and they were discussing with an elderly gentleman how much his care was gonna be and how he can make payments and he said I still can't afford it. I have dental insurance that covers 50% but I have to pay for it then get reimbursed but I'm on social security and could not afford that. so I went to Jennings & Larson on 1/20/2026 and Dr Larson did the work on my broken denture and the charge was $1143.75 so I put it on a card and didn't even bother really asking about certain items, and didn't use the insurance because I needed it for making a new one down the road. but to my surprise he did a few things to my denture that has made things bad, he filed the front teeth which causes my lower lip to get caught at times also he put some white stuff on the molars which flattened them and now its hard to chew steak or any kind of food that is not really soft, on 2/2/2026 I took my husband to fix his cracked denture also replace one (hats) and glue an existing one on the other denture that Dr Larson calls hats, before he started anything I told him if its going to cost as much as my denture to be fix he might as well make new one, Dr Larson said no that he would charge my husband $150 to fix the denture and $200 for the missing hat, so when my husband went back he told my husband that the $200 that he charged him was for gluing the hat that my husband had. I went backlot my bill which I stupidly ignored and realized he was charging me for 2 precision attachments that he never supplied me with. but since I was in the process of packing for a cross country road trip leaving on 2/22/2026 with my 3 fur babies I didn't have the time to go to bullhead and speak to them, we got back on 3/22/2026 took almost two weeks to unload clean and wash everything. I finally had the time to go to speak with the manager and informed her of the discrepancies and as to why he did to the denture after fixing it she said he was trying to balance it to prevent it from breaking, and also let her know that none of my hats were replaced and she said that why did I wait so long and I just told her that if my husband wants to come back that's on him but that I will not be returning. if your dealing with implants do not go here Dr Larson does not know what he is doing, he runs from room to room taking care of different patients and my biggest question is why charge me almost 3 times more when the only thing he replaced were the rings

He's done several procedures on me, even saving teeth! and each time he takes the stress right out of the experience. He even calls to check up on you once the procedure is completed! He is very competent and experienced. 2. He will put his patients first. For these reasons you know that his advice the best you can get. Our experience is that while other competent dentists make recommendations often based on their own interest and money, Rima does the opposite for the best of the patient. 3. Great pain management. 4. Fun for kids. Our kids were handled very well, and asks if they can go back. 5 Professional staff. Often the office is a reflection of the attitude of the boss, and in this case that is great. Cleaning and inspections are meticulous and detailed. Rima and his staff also communicates well with his patients. He does not have the latest all digital lab and milling equipment, so you may not get the all-in-one in&out. Dr. Rima tells me this is because traditional film and gold work still is best although it takes longer time. We previously went to a dentist that used a milling machine for inlays until we discovered that the dentist himself chose gold instead, so I believe Dr. Rima here. Overall, and unbeatable experience, and you leave his office feeling great.

Upon sitting in the back I was told the process from the Doc and he told me about the process. I woke up in no pain and the prescriptions for the antibiotics, rinse care and pain prescriptions (I denied, I don't do narcotics) were quick and they verified I had a driver and a safe way home. The doc called me a few hours later to check on me. I felt zero pain the day after and I'm currently 6 days after the procedure and have zero complaints. I will be back if I need surgery again.
