My mom's bridge broke a few days before Christmas. They charged a considerable amount of money to send it to a lab to be fixed. We explained that she could not go to all holiday events with missing teeth in her smile. They fixed the bridge in a few days. Everything seemed fine, until 3 days later the bridge broke again. We went back there a few days before Christmas, but they were closed for the holidays until the first week of January. My mom had to spend the Holidays with missing front teeth. Another problem I had with them was that they charged me a certain amount of money to treat one of my teeth and after they gave me an estimate, they sent me three bills, one of them being four months later asking for more and more money, even though I had the estimate in writing I ended up paying a large sum of money to them. They do not care about their reputation, they care about money. read more

There are 2 dentists at this facility. DO NOT use the younger woman. I went in to have my upper denture relined and a new lower made. She really pushed the snap-in lower that I was not interested in. She went on and on about them even when I said over and over I did not want them. She relined my denture and kept saying she was going to shorten the back of my denture. I told her no, that when mine was the made the dentist told me I had a short pallet and that I needed the extra on the back for stability. I told her this several times after she went on about it. She took my denture and relined it and shortened it even though I was very clear I did not want this done. Needless to say, my denture is now unstable now. They want to rock when I eat and the suction is poor. Basically, she ruined it. The lower she made for me also did not fit. There was gap between the denture and gum. I could push them out with my lip. They looked very cheap and plastic like teeth I could buy in a toy store. I asked her if she could line them so they would fit more securely and then I got the same line of getting the snap in denture and she would not reline the new one. I walked out very upset without the lower. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of this place!! read more

I would not recommend this place for dentures, they charge at least a quarter more than the other guys, also if you go in for a reline, we know they charge two times the amount the other guys charge. While the staff is nice personally the business charges way more than the other guy they got 4200 dollars out of us and now want to charge another 4,888 more to correct the problem when we are getting it fixed for half the price, including shaving the bone spurs. they are on camp mohave read more

So I went in today as I had my bridge fall out. I was told they would not put the bridge back on because it could irritate the abscessed tooth. I was not offered anti-biotics to address the problem. Just pull the tooth, put a crown on another. and give me a partial. The first time they addressed the issue, it was " we cannot pull the bridge as it would destroy the bridge and you need implants and crowns. I am NOT a cash cow and will not be taken advantage of. I will be looking into Mexico for Dental treatment. I may have the work they recommend but if I can get the same treatment for a quarter of the cost for a weekend trip, it may be worth it read more

Okay so I'm done with my last dental appointment for awhile. In the last 6 months or so I have gone in for multiple procedures as well as taking my 6yr old. The staff is friendly and efficient from start to finish. I am amazed at how well the work (ex: crown, deep cleaning, fillings) was done and the price point is spot on, very fair, which is so great because in the past that was my biggest issue with dentist offices. Hygienist Liz took X-rays quickly and carefully, aware that some are uncomfortable. She did a complete cleaning and pointed out areas that needed extra attention to improve. Although careful of my possible discomfort, Liz was thorough and meticulous at making sure everything below the gum line was removed. That is important to me so that I start off in good shape for the next six months. Dr. Brielle reviewed my X-rays and examined my teeth. She let me know what needed watching or could possibly cause problems in the future. The office was bright, spacious and very clean. All of the people were nice and helpful. Found out I had TMJ a couple months back. Called the office and they had set up time for me to come in at such a short notice. Had an occlusion guard made, which has been hardly noticeable when I wear it to bed, and my TMJ issues have mostly subsided now. read more

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to, to start off I have never had so much pain getting teeth pulled, and then they did a crown not only did I have to have it removed because they did not do it right, but the crown was supose to help hold down the partial I was going to get, the space between the crown and my tooth was about half the size of a regular tooth. It was strong awful, I should have known when after they numbed my mouth they came in with a paper to sign that if they messed up my teeth I couldn't do anything about it read more

The staff and dentist were friendly and courteous so I have some trepidations about posting this review but for other future clients this office needs to change a procedure. In my long life the dentist has always given the injections for the extraction of one or more teeth. In this case the dentist delegated another in the office for the injections and they were not effective and the extraction was the worst I have ever experienced. Within a hour the swelling was non existent and it was as if I never had the shot. Normally it takes over three or four hours for the swelling to subside. That in itself tells me the shots were not done correctly. In other words the dentist should be the dentist and opt in for doing this procedure. read more

Went in for a pain on the left side of my mouth. The lady doctor said she was going to pull some teeth on the right side of my mouth. Had to tell her no, the pain is on the left side is why I came. So then she says oh that's because you don't brush at night. Wrong again ibrush religiously morning and night sometimes in the middle of the day. Then says I have to pull 8 teeth but I am still using them just fine. I'm sure they are starting to go bad but ate at once?. So as they are about to discharge me bringing me to the front receptionist without ever addressing the pain I went in for I have to ask again hey what about the pain on my left side of my mouth? Though I have read a bunch of good reviews sorry but I can't give a good review to somebody who was wrong three times during one appointment. I will look elsewhere. I then wrote such on their how was your visit message, no response. I then called and left a message asking again for the proposal and the call, and no response. The store front might not look like it, but inside is a cast of so many professionals. I recently had some dental work done, sometimes there are issues that happen. I was told if or when I ever had any to stop in. 2 times in 2 weeks I had some, not only did they get me right in, like today I stop just to ask and make an appointment, I was seen in less then 5 minutes. The ladies at the front desk, Doris and Kris are wonderful people who really care, took amazing care in getting me right in. As for my dentist, Dr. Brielle Slepicoff she is the most courteous, professional, sensitive, dentist I have ever been to. She makes sure to explain everything and makes sure you understand what is happening and why. I have seen another dentist here before, but since she has joined I will only go and see her. If you are looking for a great dental place you can not go wrong here, good price, great, amazing staff, fast service, and most important, kindness, and honesty.
