I had called the two previous days with a fever of 102 and the same nurse said it was normal after shots. I don't where she went to school but that's not normal. We ended up in the emergency clinic. And surprise surprise, it was another ear infection. If she had listened to my concerns we could have gotten antibiotics in her system 3 days earlier! (And they noticed fluid in her ears during the shots. A clear precursor to an ear infection!) We decided to switch practices because of this incident and I've been trying for 2 weeks to get our records. For some reason they wouldn't physically hand then to me even though I had filled out the proper paperwork and faxed it to them. 2 weeks later and still waiting for our records If you want a hassle-free practice with competent nurses, do not go here.

Dr. Ganeles has been amazing to work with, not only is she a wealth of knowledge as a pediatric doctor she is also a lactation consultant and helped me with my nursing issues the first day we met her. As such he does not accept health insurance and his office visits can be rather expensive when one has to pay out of pocket for the entire visit. He does spend a good amount of time listening to his clients, as compared to traditional medical doctors. Since he cannot prescribe medication, he will sell you his own private label vitamins and supplements as well as a "healthy" diet. Because he cannot prescribe FDA approved medicines, my results are mixed using supplements and diet. Overall I feel better, but the specific issue I went to him for remains unresolved. I have reccomend others to him.

I was accepting of this and rescheduled. When I asked for her name the office manager stated HER NAME WAS HEIDI O AND O WAS HER FULL LAST NAME. Extremely unprofessional. And a flat out dumb lie. I don't know if she was fearful of identifying herself or what but I do know that it's piss poor for someone dealing with sensitive medical information to be unwilling to identify themselves to a patient or parent within a practice when asked.

We had returned home by the time we realized she needed meds and they were able to call in a prescription to our home pharmacy. She is now on the mend - and we are so grateful to the PM Pediatrics team in Manchester! I made an appointment right away, directly after summer vacation (because of course drama happens before ya go away,). The office is staffed by one very friendly and efficient young woman whose name just left my head. She was a great help from my first call and has been since. The office is immaculate and completely scent-free. Patients are masked and distanced. While Dr. Hosain has a steady schedule, I've never felt overcrowded. Maybe 4 of us in the spacious waiting area, very well distanced. Dr. Hosain also gives you her full attention. She listens deeply and asks good questions. By the time I left her office, we had a plan going forward. The plan has been working and I've been back for follow-ups. I'm so very glad to have found a friendly and knowledgeable allergist/immunologist less than 45 minutes away from my home!
