Then, unless you have been regularly appearing at the Doctor's office, you are not recognized when you ask for appointment because the Doctor's system apparently forgets you in three years' time. If after the system has forgotten you because you have not needed a Doctor in three years, you are then treated as a "new patient" and data-mined all over again. Dr. Lunding seems to be a kind of broker who has many underlings she refers you to when you have a medical problem. To be in her presence is to compete unsuccessfully with her computer screen.

Dr. Miller is one of the best doctors in our experience, but his staff have a lot to be desired…read more Test results misplaced........forcing us to wait weeks to get results while they tell us to NOT call and check on the status after more than 2 weeks waiting to hear from them - a "don't call us we'll call you" type of thing. The rudeness and feeling like a number or feeling that our fears are unimportant are ridiculous. Let's not even get me started on what they did to my spouse when he tried to get an appointment with Dr. Miller. Not professional style behavior considering most of the time we are waiting 2 hours or more to see the doctor since he is always running behind. I see that with a silver lining though......he spends a lot of time with each and every one of his patients and is not afraid to blow the schedule to smithereens just so he can spend extra time with each patient. Hats off to Dr. Miller for that. Several doctors are like an assembly line - in and out with zero bedside manner. All in all, we will be taking our business elsewhere since most of the bad experienced with the staff just doesn't make it worth it to us anymore. Best of luck to Dr. Miller and thank you for everything. You will be missed.

I made an appointment right away, directly after summer vacation (because of course drama happens before ya go away,). The office is staffed by one very friendly and efficient young woman whose name just left my head. She was a great help from my first call and has been since. The office is immaculate and completely scent-free. Patients are masked and distanced. While Dr. Hosain has a steady schedule, I've never felt overcrowded. Maybe 4 of us in the spacious waiting area, very well distanced. Dr. Hosain also gives you her full attention. She listens deeply and asks good questions. By the time I left her office, we had a plan going forward. The plan has been working and I've been back for follow-ups. I'm so very glad to have found a friendly and knowledgeable allergist/immunologist less than 45 minutes away from my home!
