First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. So much for shopping locally with small business owners!!
