And terrified of this attorney believing she will try and bill her for more. She went through all of her savings and sold her home and after 125k in fees STILL owes she more. She is known to be finically abusive to her clients and the opposing parties. I felt that Mary Anne was not honest or transparent in her communication, and I was repeatedly billed for work that I believed resulted from errors or issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. When I raised concerns, I did not feel they were addressed with care or accountability. Most troubling, I did not feel that the well-being of the children involved received the attention and protection it deserved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. I encourage prospective clients to carefully review the billing agreement, request itemized invoices, and document all communications.

Of time to talk to him regarding my case and he couldnt even take care of the one thing he was going from that meeting. Since that call i have tried time and time again to talk to him an appointment was even made by his secretary so i could talk to him but when it came time for our appointment (which was over the phone) i was told that he was busy and would call me back. An hour after that i called back because i still hadnt heard from him again i was told he was busy but i was reasurred that he would be calling me that day. I waited untill 4:30 that day to call again and again i was told he was still busy by Mr Kellingtons secretary who was very rude at that time and she made me feel as if i was an inconvience to say the least by my calls which totaled 3 from my first call that day. That was the 15th. Of june and still i have not gotten a call or been able to talk to Mr. Kellington. Do not hire him to be your attn because there is no worse feeling then knowing the person who is paid so well could care less about doing what he is paid to do nor does he care about his clients case.
