Of time to talk to him regarding my case and he couldnt even take care of the one thing he was going from that meeting. Since that call i have tried time and time again to talk to him an appointment was even made by his secretary so i could talk to him but when it came time for our appointment (which was over the phone) i was told that he was busy and would call me back. An hour after that i called back because i still hadnt heard from him again i was told he was busy but i was reasurred that he would be calling me that day. I waited untill 4:30 that day to call again and again i was told he was still busy by Mr Kellingtons secretary who was very rude at that time and she made me feel as if i was an inconvience to say the least by my calls which totaled 3 from my first call that day. That was the 15th. Of june and still i have not gotten a call or been able to talk to Mr. Kellington. He did not lose his license or have to pay more fines. All the while, I am a 100% disabled veteran who already has PTSD; this year has been hell for me. The offender flipped me off and started ramming my side of the vehicle trying to get me into the ditch. He almost killed me and Paul Moser thinks that is not worth taking his license. The offender, who was a stranger, WILL do this again and it will be on "with all due respect" Paul Moser. He does not serve the community or victims, he serves Oregon's pockets.
