Had a pretty terrible experience with these guys trying to get some work done for my home. They…read morecame out and did a quote for 4 separate things I needed done (Brush removal, tree removal from a fence, dead tree removal, and stump grinding). The quote was good so I called back confirming I'd like to go ahead with 2 of the 4 items, asked if they could give me a time window and was told "Nope, someone will call you". I had no call 3 days later so I called again and was told they'd have the owner or his son call me back and let me know. I figured it's been storming so maybe they just forgot; no call again. Waited until the following week and called again, was told "sorry, we'll give you the owner's cell and he'll call you back" so I called and left him a message... no call back. Today I called back again and asked to have them cancel because it has been over 2 weeks since my original call and they haven't even been able to be bothered to give me a 5 minute phone call to talk to me. So essentially I called them 5 times in 2 weeks and gave them all the benefit of the doubt and received zero return communication. Looking for a new company that shows some interest in their customer.
