The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost. Had a pretty terrible experience with these guys trying to get some work done for my home. They…read morecame out and did a quote for 4 separate things I needed done (Brush removal, tree removal from a fence, dead tree removal, and stump grinding). The quote was good so I called back confirming I'd like to go ahead with 2 of the 4 items, asked if they could give me a time window and was told "Nope, someone will call you". I had no call 3 days later so I called again and was told they'd have the owner or his son call me back and let me know. I figured it's been storming so maybe they just forgot; no call again. Waited until the following week and called again, was told "sorry, we'll give you the owner's cell and he'll call you back" so I called and left him a message... no call back. Today I called back again and asked to have them cancel because it has been over 2 weeks since my original call and they haven't even been able to be bothered to give me a 5 minute phone call to talk to me. So essentially I called them 5 times in 2 weeks and gave them all the benefit of the doubt and received zero return communication. Looking for a new company that shows some interest in their customer.

Bob said the Oak limb needed to be removed during the late fall and it was March 2017 at the time but he promised up and down that he would complete the job since we live in the same neighborhood and his relative Larry B was on the HOA Board. I contacted him many times to get the Oak limb removed and he said he would come back to finish but blew it off instead. Over charged and under delivered, wont do business with him again-
