So, I wasted all those months just waiting. I then pointed out the reason for the inspection was to DO more, but she had no interest. In my conversation with Rodney we had discussed octane, so apparently me asking for a reminder of what should be in the tank made it "maintenance". I then emailed Rodney directly and received NO response at all. I found this surprising after his prior call to set everything up. I had a $40k budget, but that was apparently too small for them.
