Best in town! Dave is great to work with and their work is excellent. I won't bring it anywhere else.

Upon my arrival to Fargo, I discovered my car battery had died while it was towed. Then, after replacing my battery and driving it for a day, my car wouldn't start! AI said it might be a fuse, relay, or a starter connectivity issue. On Saturday, August 8th, AAA sent my vehicle to Matt's. I had to wait until Matt's opened on Monday to communicate my latest dilemma. Tim, the service manager, is a patient and thoughtful listener. He has created a calming atmosphere for Matt's customer service center (which is important because you know how beyond stressful it is when your car dies). I said to Tim, "If you will be fair, honest, and upfront with me, then I will collaborate with you long-term, because I'd rather pay to replace broken parts than to purchase a new car. I'm a planner. I need to know what's ahead of me so I can prepare for it." Tim explained that there were a few cars previously scheduled for auto repairs, so my diagnosis would need to wait until the next day, which is fair and logical. Tim informed me of the diagnostic cost. He obtained my consent. Then, he hailed an Uber to take me home (It's considerate and business-savvy that Matt's Auto Repair has partnered with Uber to help customers get home.) The next day, by 1:00 p.m., Tim text me to say that the starter cable had disconnected. Matt's technician reattached the cable free-of-charge. Next, Tim provided me with a roadmap for future repairs, so that I can financially plan for the inevitable. Tim ranked the repairs in order from greatest to least immediacy. I appreciate Tim's organized and strategic approach that allows me to plan instead of encountering an untimely surprise. I look forward to collaborating with Tim's Auto Service for my future auto maintenance.
