In fairness, there was a 6 week wait for parts due to auto strike. That was expected. The remaining time was a disorganized cluster! The adjusters ( 2 of them) dropped the ball at least twice adding weeks to the repair time. The owner does seems to care and realizes that they have some staffing concerns. In summary, the repair looks great however the customer service part is awful. I should have listened to the other reviews with the same concern. I will not repeat and can not recommend this repair shop unless they do a complete 180 on servicing their customers.

I was so impressed with the complete diagnostic breakdown they sent that included each price for each repair, and ranked the repair by color (green, yellow, red). When the long list of repairs were made at an extremely reasonable price, the truck ran like new! It seemed to be in great condition. We just (July 2021) moved my daughter to Florida in the same truck that now has 265,000 miles that actually pulled a U-Haul the whole way. It made it with no problem! I credit the incredible work done at Matt's two years ago with that truck still running like new. They are true mechanics that know how to fix vehicles and extend the lifetime of them! The car was overheating and when I brought it in to have it looked at, they said there was air in the cooling system and they fixed it. Well it kept overheating and then they looked at it again and said the same thing. It was still overheating and I brought it in again and then they said it was the head gasket. They wouldn't do anything for me and I overpaid for the car. I ended up spending over $1800 to get it fixed. I haven't put many miles on it since because I was gone for almost two months and now I have a maintenance light on again. I know not to buy a vehicle from them again. They sell a car for well over the book value and then it has too many problems. They also said they help improve credit and report to credit bureaus. I still haven't had a report to the credit bureau show up. I'm pretty disappointed.
