Avoid this place! I had my 2023 Subaru Ascent windshield replaced there summer of 2025. They used universal molding vs OEM molding, and it had gaps in it around the window less than a year later. They applied the urethane in clumps, some of which leaked out on to the roof of the car, and left gaps water could leak through. They did not use OEM (Subaru) glass, which is not as good as Subaru glass, which played a role in my windshield getting damaged again this summer 2026. They did not re-mount my dash-cam correctly, and it kept falling off. They did not disclose they were not using OEM parts. Had I known they were not, I would have gone somewhere else. I will never recommend this place. Poor workmanship and dishonesty do not work for me. read more

I would give no stars, because the unprofessionalism I experienced today is literally beyond words. The woman at the front desk is an angry beast who literally told me they'd be done when they are done. I dropped my car off 30 minutes before a 12pm appointment, its supposed to take between 2-3 hours to complete I came back at the 3 hr mark and simply asked what the status of my car was and questioned why the old windshield hadn't been removed yet, you would have thought I asked this woman for her first born child the fit she threw having to get up from her seat was the kind of thing you see a 3yr old do when its past their nap time! What I ask you is the point of making an appointment paying for a service to be treated as a pest for expecting your vehicle to be finishedn a timely manner and to not be treated as a pest for asking how much longer it would take? There is seriously no professionalism or courtesy anymore. read more

I had my windshield replaced and was asked if I wanted my windshield wipers replaced. It's been about a year so I asked how much. I was told $35, so I said yes. When the car was finished, I had a $70 charge. When I asked what it was for, I was told the windshield wipers. I challenged it by saying I was told it would cost $35. The reply was "that's for one windshield wiper." Isn't that a ripoff?!! You usually purchase them in sets of 2, but their wipers must be of exceptional quality! read more

This safelite location took over five hours to complete one window replacement. I usually have patience for these types of things. However, when the tech that is working on my car is incompetent and walking around mindlessly to "seem busy" that's when I see my time is being wasted. If you go to this location and you have the tech that is skinny with curly blonde hair, wears a tank top rather than the actual uniform, then expect to be waiting for much longer. The guy who checked me in was nice though! Updating my review - This safelite broke the regulator in my car door, told me they would order the part to repair it for free. Had to call them two weeks later for them just to remember to order the part. Now have them telling me I owe them $600 for it. Do no come to this safelite, they are lazy, unresponsive and do not care about customer loyalty based off the experience. read more

windshield replacement was scheduled for 1pm my vehicle didn't get pulled into shop until 1:45. I asked receptionist about the wait she was very dismissive of my concern. The waiting area was devoid of any amenities the temperature was rather warm and uncomfortable. The technicians were the only ones to express any concern about my wait time! The technician who replaced my windshield was named Josiah, he communicated very well with me as to when he would be there, how long it would take, and when he was finished. Josiah should be commended for his excellent work. He performed the job at my workplace in Fargo, North Dakota. Christmas eve early morning my car was broken into. They smashed my passenger window behind the driver seat. I had the car alarm on..thank GOD!!! All they took was my hanging clothes and a Christmas wrapped package. Luckily they must have gotten interrupted because so many items were left behind! You see I primarily live like a nomad traveling from home to home animal sitting and carry along with me my life! I know STUPID...I have learned my lesson and I am so grateful it was only this effort of finding Safelife and having them fit me in to get my window replaced! Alexis Gonzalez is amazing! I also have my sister and her husband to thank for rescuing me! My sister immediately got on the internet and set up my appointment in the town where I was scheduled to sit for friends! Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. I ended up walking out and getting it repaired elsewhere. She was complaining she had to help me even tho she was on her lunch break. I had a rock chip a week after they replaced my window and said they couldn't fill it until the next week. I scheduled an appointment for 4/20/22 between 12 to 5pm. They never showed up never texted called or emailed after I prepaid. Since it was after 5 I could not get ahold of anyone online or by phone. Called this morning they had no explanation offered no apology was rude and just refunded me. This was the first time I used Safelite. I had a couple of rock chips on my windshield. The person I talked to on the phone seemed to be reading questions off a card as I felt like I was repeating several answers. The technician came to my work, which was very nice. He called when he was only a few blocks away. I wish I had been given his phone number ahead of time because, with all the spam calls lately, I almost didn't answer my phone. I was also able to track his arrival on my phone. The technician was very nice, and he finished the job quickly. Unfortunately, I still have one small rock chip that was not repaired. I thought that chip had gotten bigger, but it must have been a new chip that he repaired, and we missed that one. All in all, I would use them again. read more

I have used Safelite services for many rock chips and most recently a full windshield replacement. I had them come to my location the first time but I do prefer to go to the shop. The staff are knowledgeable and careful with their work. They be sure to outline potential risks and most importantly guarantee the work they perform. I would completely recommend them to anyone and have always been satisfied with the job completed. They always say the chips may still be visible after repairing, but to me it appears they completely disappear! The prices are affordable but with how many rock chips I get, I wish I had a punch card! :) A+++ read more

Zero stars if I could. Picked up my vehicle and there is glass rattling around in the door. The glass is visibly crooked. Scratches on the paint around the window. The push button for the hatch and the molding around the door is loose. Absolutely no delicacy or care was used when repairing my vehicle. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! How can they just not show up to an appointment!. My appointment was from 12 to 5 p.m. . No one came, they had called earlier to confirm and get all of my information. When I called to see why they did not come they inform me that my insurance was still pending for reimbursement on their end. I asked well can I pay in cash they said yes so, I asked why nobody came to fix my vehicle they really didn't have an answer they were just hung up on the insurance. I took a boulder to my windshield and needed it replaced. I called my insurance company and they had Safelight give me a call. I received the call with 2 hours and had an appointment set up the same day. They replaced my windshield and had me back on the road in under 2 hours.
