The Spa is located inside a suite and they have a parking lot next to it so that was very convenient. I was a bit confused when entering because you have to buzz in through a doorbell camera - but they answered quickly and let me back. I got there a bit early and was directed to a cute waiting area and offered a water. The visit started with a close up analysis of my scalp then we proceeded with the service. When I say this was absolutely one of the most relaxing experiences I had by far I mean it! I was checked on throughout the service for my preferred temperature and pressure. I did the Rejuvenating Deep Cleanse - in addition to a head massage it came along with a small massage of my upper body! At the end of the service my scalp felt renewed and refreshed! My favorite part of the experience was the waterfall head sink -it felt wonderful! We ended the appointment with an after close up of my scalp - and I could definitely tell the difference! From the start, there was no greeting or welcoming introduction, only a question asking whether I had an appointment. During the service, particularly when the scanner was used on my hair, it appeared that Tetiana was visibly annoyed and unhappy to be performing that portion of the treatment, which made the experience feel uncomfortable rather than relaxing. I also attempted to engage in light conversation by asking how long she had worked there. Her response was that her friend owns the spa and that she has been there since it opened; however, the interaction felt very brief and closed off. I wanted to share this feedback because client interaction and communication are a large part of what sets a spa experience apart. I hope this can be taken constructively and used to improve future client experiences.

I never would have thought I'd be a cold plunge girlie, but the reset is amazing! After turning up the heat with a hot yoga session in the Hotworx sauna, I popped over to Arctic Bath and into a cold plunge for a cool five minutes of recovery. Wear something you can get wet in, like a bathing suit, and I recommend bringing a change of clothes for after. But once you're ready, their friendly team guides you through everything, and they provide water gloves and shoes to protect your digits from the cold. Their team member stays with you every step of the way, and they talked me through my first few seconds of trying to catch my breath, reminding me to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. Sounds silly, but you truly forget how to breathe for a few seconds at first when that cold water hits. But then, my body kind of numbs up and I can easily sit in the tub for the full five minutes. But don't worry, you can definitely do less time than that if you want. When I went for the party, my friends and I used the tubs on the other side of the room, where two people can sit in each tub. This time, I used the single person tub. I liked that their filtration system keeps things clean and sanitized, something I was always worried about when I heard about cold plunges. When it's time to get out, they help you through that, too, and then wrap you in a warm robe. Before you plunge, you have the opportunity to order a coffee or matcha latte from their delicious menu - hot or iced - and it's waiting for you when you get out of the tub. Overall, I really loved my experience and prefer the contrast therapy of a nice heated workout before the plunge. I'll definitely be back again.

I'll save you the many back and forth communication. My employee physically went to the spa last week with our two physical $500 gift cards because one of the retorts were "we need to see the physical gift cards". It is recorded in YOUR computer- that both of the cards were wiped BY A MANAGER, leaving a zero balance. There are notes in your database of our organization visiting the spa months ago with the notes of what services we wanted to use our gift cards for. We had a $37 balance so products were given to us then. We have given multiple chances and plenty of time (a year, in fact) for Woodhouse to do the right thing and they have failed. YOU HAVE STOLEN $1,000 from our nonprofit organization who feeds the hungry and shelters survivors and their children from domestic violence at our state-certified shelter. SHAME ON YOU. I don't know how you sleep at night with these business practices (your version- not anyone else's practices) of being liars and thieves.
