I was given a quote and approved that amount, but when I picked up my vehicle, it was $1200 more than the estimate. I paid it because I needed my car, but had an attorney help me draft a letter and sent it certified mail requesting half of my money back. Under Ohio laws (OAC 109:4-3-13), automotive repair companies need approval before making repairs exceeding the initial quote. On the positive side, they did provide me a vehicle while my car was being repaired and did end up reimbursing half of my money. Then, 4 months later, the same diagnostic code came on my Jeep and I made an appointment at Kufleitner's, as the work has a 2 year warranty. They refused to even diagnose my Jeep and told me the work they did was not warranted. Again, which I don't believe they can do. They're upset because they did not follow the law and someone held them accountable. Throughout my life, I have purchased to date 7 Dodge-Jeep vehicles and have never had a negative experience from any other dealership. I ended up taking my Jeep to Jim Shorkey Dodge-Jeep. They made the repairs, as the parts were still under warranty. They were pleasant and great to work with. Next time, I will definitely go there, but will never go to Kufleitner's again.

Tonight I got a called from some else at the dealership that they had sold the vehicle out from under me with no other explanation given to me or to Dave. I wouldn't trust this place at all. I'd recommend taking your business to some place that takes their word and guarantees seriously, and treats their employees and potential customers better than this.

He said because it was a bigger and wider SUV. Took the car elsewhere and the problem was identified quickly. Sadly this business missed out on the $1100 to fix my car. While there I was there he told me his preference is Audi, and he didn't hear the noise I explained to him, because his hearing isn't that great anymore. Also told me if it was his wife's car, he would tell her to just drive it. As I was leaving, his comment to me was "good luck", which I interpreted as take your car off my lot and don't come back. If he didn't want to work on my car, just be honest and say so. I gave him a chance because I was recommended to his business. just be sure that I will not be recommending anyone to them.

Schick Performance Specialities exceeded my expectations and I will be a continuing customer. Easy to book my service, done timely, good price point. Also Jon Schick was so informative about my make and model VW. He also explained the reason to only use TopTier Gas. My mileage went from 17.4/mpg to 19.7/mpg with my first tank of gas from a top tier provider. WOW! I highly recommend this company.

I am surprised to find out that nobody has reviewed this business yet on Yelp. Of course, I've…read moreonly just discovered this website's existence. Here is my experience dealing with Rollerena Auto Sales: I purchased a vehicle from them that they insisted was inspected and running like new. Within 18 months the following issues surfaced: Blown Engine Head Gasket Blown Water Pump Blown gasket at the intake manifold The engine was consuming coolant Blown O2 sensor And, to top it all of the front of the vehicle literally canyoned out (ie: split in the middle and dug into the pavement) while traveling in a straight line on the highway. I contacted the Rollerena and brought these issues up to them as they arose. The response I got was 'that car's engine doesn't respond well to heat' and 'If you got a warranty with the car, take it up with them'. That sounds a lot different than 'the vehicle has been fully inspected and is running like new'. I requested to receive copies of the inspection records, and they said they where 'unable to produce them'. Lastly, both sides of the head gasket where claimed to be replaced by them when it blew. According to a mechanic at Pep-Boys, only one side was replaced. Lastly, if you're thinking of having repairs done there (or buying a car). This business is owned by the Feasle family. To any local this is going to sound VERY familiar (Feasle's Junkyard). That's right, while at their garage waiting for my vehicle to be repaired I overheard the mechanics and service manager talking about 'trips that had to made to the yard to get parts'. You all can interpret that for yourselves.

Today, June 8th 2017.... only four months later... The work van was losing power and making a loud noise. Took it back here to rollerena to see what the issue could be. Ends up that wasn't the motor or transmission so they won't cover it or take care of anything for us. As a local business and what seemed to be an honest establishment I am thoroughly disappointed. We didn't even get a chance to mention how the sliding side door doesn't open from the outside any longer and the roof seems to be losing paint and starting to show wear n tear almost like rust. You can tell the rest of the van has been painted except for the roof. I would not recommend people purchasing from here whenever a business is being run like this. It reminds me of the movie Matilda and how her dad was the shady car salesman that poured sawdust in the transmission so people wouldn't notice till way after they had already left the establishment. My husband and I own businesses ourselves and know that this is not the way to be treating customers.
