I reached out and John was amazing made a very reasonable quote that my husband said "Done!" There times that they were available were always very reasonable (who is open till 7 pm on a Saturday? Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left. The consoles and exterior were gleaming. My only problem was that I chose to do this in the middle of winter (rookie mistake) so my seats were wet for days. You really need a good amount of sun and warmth to dry the upholstery after a deep shampooing...two things in short supply in February in Toronto. I probably would not spend another $200 anytime soon...it's a lot, and the tip is extra. They have lighter touch, cheaper options that I might eventually try...it depends on how many Coffee Crisp crumbs I sit on over the next 5 years.
