Yet when I stepped inside this Hudson, MA Autozone location, I was greeted by a young man, Christopher. When I asked if anyone had time to do a battery health check, he instantly said, "Yes, I can do that right now for you." No boo-boo face, no looking around, no bad body language whatsoever. Within 5 minutes, Christopher had tested my battery, alternator, and starter. All were good. There are many people working in customer service who obviously take no pleasure in helping others. This Autozone employee is the opposite, and the Hudson store and the corporation are lucky to have Christopher as a representative.
