While my tire could not be patched they were very helpful. They even had time to do an oil change. Billy and Cesar were very friendly both times I called. They were even friendlier in person. While I waited for a tow they had coffee, water and seltzer available. I also overheard exceptional customer service while different workers were on the phone. The price for a synthetic oil change was 15% cheaper than I've paid to have it done at the oil change chains.

My vehicle did not need either of these services, I recently had an oil change and a tire rotation 1500 miles ago, and the oil was not at all dirty. This shop didn't do what I brought it in for and did a completely unnecessary service instead against my knowledge. They charged/robbed me $124.72 for this, not at all a reputable place.
