These guys are awful. They go by multiple names and the one I found them under was ".express-toyotaparts.com". I placed an order for an exhaust system. I didn't hear anything from them for eight days other than a tracking number that never worked. I emailed and Asked them to cancel the order because of lack of communication. They then finally replied back to me the next day and said my order had already shipped and they can't cancel it because it's in transit. They said there was probably something wrong with the tracking number, but don't worry about it. It should arrive any day. The next day I get confirmation that the order shipped THAT FOLLOWING DAY. They literally lied that it was in transit and said the order had already shipped, so they can't cancel it AND THEN AFTER the convo they shipped it...AFTER I complained the tracking number said it arrived at THEIR local shipping depot. These guys are scammers and liars. Don't do business with them ever. It took WEEKS to get my part and I'm not happy. I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase from this fraudulent company. I entered my VIN number on their website and it said the running boards I wanted for my 2025 4-Runner would fit. They sent me an obviously used and restocked set that were also the wrong model. They would not fit my vehicle and did not look like the picture of the item on their website. After a dispute through Paypal with them, they agreed to a refund if I send the parts back. Shipping from CA to FL costs more than the price of the items. I hope they go out of business. This is a very shady operations. Ordered parts and then two days later cancelled the order. My Credit card was noted as pre-authorized but not credited. Received response from Customer Service that they would cancel and not necessary to adjust credit card as parts never ordered by them or shipped. I have all the email copies noting this. Tracking my credit card and a week later, they charged my credit Card. Several attempts to contact them and no answer. Fortunately, contacted my bank immediately stopped payment. Every time minus this last order has been a positive experience as their website is put together well and parts are shipping out quickly. My thoughts are like many businesses over the pandemic this one has suffered with staffing as the current people managing it seem incapable of communication and even filling basic orders. My suggestion for anyone looking to purchase parts here would be to call them and see for yourself the level of customer service and competency. If your order is not shipping quickly I would request a refund from your credit card company as the typical limit is 30 days after a charge on cards. I placed my order for my LR4 rubber floor & cargo mats on 4/12/2025. After about two weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything about my order I called them to inquire about the status. The lady I spoke with was named Deb. She proceeded to tell me the mats I ordered weren't in stock and she couldn't tell me when they would be available. I told her to just cancel my order and I will find them somewhere else. Similar to these other reviews, she acted like she couldn't cancel my order. Right then I knew something was wrong. I hadn't even received the product, and it hadn't shipped yet and she acted like they couldn't cancel the order. I tried to do a search for the business and they operate under several names. Here's what happened: the website initially listed the wrong product number for my vehicle. After I sent my photos and VIN, they corrected the product listing--and then claimed I had made the error. I work in tech, so I understand how these things work. What made it worse was their refusal to own up to their mistake. I would have been happy to exchange the part and even pay the $25 shipping fee to get the correct one if they had simply apologized. Instead, they blamed me and insisted I ordered the wrong part. When I asked for a refund, they said it would cost me $25 to return the item because, in their view, I made the error. The lack of accountability was a dealbreaker for me. The web site allowed for ordering parts by item number. The covers I received were white. After multiple e-mail messages, they agreed to a refund IF I payed to mail it back and pay for a 25% restocking fee. I went with this company because they had the lowest prices and previous good reviews. I purchased about 1500 dollars worth of lexus car parts on August 1st. From the very beginning communication has been spotty. I called 31 times over the span of 3 weeks (during normal business hours EST) trying to get a hold of someone and the phone was picked up a total of 4 times. I had more success through email although the emails didn't always answer my questions (hence why I would call when emails weren't answered or responded to). I was told many things over the phone (would get tracking numbers [was told this twice]), would have a return address for the incorrect parts sent to me) and Matt never did what he said he would.
