Jerry Hipp drove us out to where the trees we were interested in were growing. He pointed out those that we were specifically looking for and also some others that he would recommend. He discussed why he thought a particular tree would be good and we decided on one that he marked. It would not be planted until the spring, and it was fall now. I would highly recommend them as he gave excellent service! He even gave us a jar of their popcorn kernels!

Never will I support this business again! Shameful and unprofessional. I also spoke with co workers and they can't stand this woman either.

(It's a shame that an ignorant anti-masker was allowed to even make a review, considering I doubt she shopped there at all. Yes, they have a mask policy, because they care about their employees and people in general. Please respect it.) Anyway, back to the actual review. I don't know a ton about plants, but this is a fun place to go and browse, and find or learn something new. They have something for every price range. Staff is always happy to answer any questions you have about plants. They also conveniently label plants that are pet safe! They also have a great selection of unique gifts and plant-adjacent tchotchkes, like mugs, magnets, housewares, cutesy little home decor items, and a pretty wide selection of crystals.

Amber at Snow's helped me tremendously when I found myself in a last minute bind…read more I needed to purchase a tree, to be planted in the future, as a sympathy gift. The task fell to me at the last minute and I called somewhere local to where the tree was to be delivered and installed. Unable to help me, I reached out to Snow's. Amber was incredible. She walked me through the entire princess and she made my last minute need a priority without making me feel small. She exceeded my expectations by emailing me a very professional letter/certificate that I was able to print off and present as my gift. It was so thoughtfully put together with instructions on how to reach Snow's when they were ready for the tree, a genuine message of sympathy, and a picture of the actual tree that is living in the ground at Snow's and waiting to be installed at my aunt and uncle's in memory of my beloved cousin, gone too soon. In the future, I will absolutely look to Snow's for similar, or other landscaping, needs. I cannot recommend them enough!
