Didn't look at it for one full week, then put it up, realized they needed to order parts -- which I told them when I dropped the car off -- and so placed a rush order and tacked on the overnight shipping costs to my bill. That was just the beginning of the insanity. This could be a very long, very vitriolic review, but I'll sum it up with these: * The car was not repaired for 2 weeks, leaving me without transport, and the requested repairs were only partially completed. * I was never given an itemized bill, but payment was demanded immediately, on a weekend, from a home line rather than a business #. I paid the bill in full over the phone with my credit card by 10.30am on the first business day after the repair was partially completed. * The "business manager"/wife left a series of incredibly innappropriate and threatening messages, leaving me with not only a sense of embarrassment, but also an overwhelming feeling of unprofessionalism from the shop. * The shop/owners are well known to the magistrate's office for their harrassment and poor treatment of/service to their customers. * I will be reporting the harrassment and unprofessional business practices to the Better Business Bureau, and urge you to check this source before trusting your property to Anthony Auto.
