We chose Painting Plus after receiving three estimates and meeting with each contractor. Kerry had the best grasp of color alternatives as well as ideas for carpentry. He worked with us to suggest colors and came later with paint samples. We were struggling with colors for the house and the trim, so it was important to find a painter with experience and a vision. Daniel and his carpentry/painting crew were amazing. We had 20 years worth of rot around trim and siding, and they did an expert job with repairs. They put two coats of stain on the house, deck, and porch and two coats of paint on the trim. They also power-washed the house and chimney, replaced water-damaged wall-board inside, painted an interior wall and ceiling, replaced a door knob, fixed detached flagstone, etc. Overall, Kerry, Daniel, and crew did more than the original estimate but didn't add anything to the price.
