Terrible experience. Avoid this place.The staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was doing my laundry while the workers stood around gossiping and talking loudly all night instead of doing their jobs.During my visit, I accidentally spilled something on my shirt. I took it off to wash it, knowing I had a clean spare shirt sitting right outside in my car. While I was politely explaining the situation to one employee, another worker completely cut us off. He interrupted loudly and yelled, "This isn't a beach, put on a damn shirt!"There was absolutely no reason to speak to a paying customer with that kind of attitude or aggression. They were very rude as soon as we walked in and I was like I just have to clean one bag of laundry and a friend of mine did spill something on their shirt so he took off his shirt and was like oh I'm gonna just put it into wash and we'll leave and I'll go get a shirt and they were like yeah buddy this isn't a beach go put a shirt on. Spacious, apparently open 24/7, has Wifi. During the daytime, there's a staffer who's working there fulfilling their own laundry service which is nice in case you need help with the machines. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner as there's been an odor. I've also seen the washer drums gunked up with dog or pet hairs so they're not the most sanitary and clean. Cross-contamination from other people's use of harsh smelling detergents and dryer sheets isn't ideal; the machines clearly look like they're weathered down from many years of usage. I think they should consider replacing some of the front and top-loading washers too that are out-of-service. Plenty of parking. read more

This laundromat is clean, has plenty of machines,and has change machines that makes for ease of doing laundry. One time I had quarters get stuck. Flagged down the attendant, who was super helpful. A comfortable place with plenty of TVs and convenient location. The efficiency of doing multiple wash loads at one time; priceless! I called and learned this laundromat has WiFi. I was pleased to know I could wash and work. This location has many large efficiency washers and dryers. Disappointed: It's been a very long time since I'd used a laundromat. All washers are front loaders. Not a one top loader. I was hoping they'd be more high-tech i.e. credit card to pay for machines or at least debit cards for change. Worst part; my load of dark clothes came out covered with long, white pet hair! When I reported the issue to the attendant all I got was an acknowledgement. No apology; no concern that I might be allergic. read more

This laundromat is clean and fairly big. I've never had a problem not being able to find a free washer or dryer. It's usually the slowest on weekday afternoons or weekdays after 10pm. They have smaller washers which are $3.25 instead of the bigger ones at $4.50, which is nice. The only issue I've had here are the quarters get stuck sometimes (if you bang on the machine sometimes it will go down). Overall, this is my favorite one to go to. I like that it's 24/7. read more

Overall it's a good spot to do your laundry. They have discount times on Tues, Wed, and Thursdays (only a quarter off). There are 5 big machines (mostly always taken), around 10 35lb machines and many smaller machines. The big machines go for 7 bucks. They also have two super huge machines ive never used. Drying is 7 minutes per quarter. There's a bathroom, wifi, snack machine and drop off laundry. They also have tvs scattered throughout. Tip: go during the week if you don't want to wait for the big machines read more

Biggest best laundromat I've ever been to. Coin operated. Plenty of washers and dryers. There on a Sunday and it was no problem getting things done. Nice tv's. Wifi. Open 24 hours. Two huge clean bathrooms. Supplies if you need them. Alcohol is the only thing that "might" make this place better! read more

So, when I discovered this place I was in awe. This is a cleaner, newer laundromat than most and it's open 24 hrs, has free wi-fi and a number of tv's. Only problem? It seems a lot of other folks know how good it is too. They closed off 1/3 of the place to create new retail space as well. This move, while I'm sure great for the business, now means the place is more crowded and tougher to do work in. I had to dock it a star for that. Oh, a deal too. Laundromat itself is acceptable, but do not make change for a ten dollar bill or a twenty in the change machine without counting it all out. Yesterday Aug 13th, 2018 I put in 2 twentys, and got 1 nickle every ten dollars of quarters. They load the machine with 1 nickle per ten bucks and if you do not count it out, you find you were ripped off by twenty cents. I was ripped off for a total of 80 cents by the change machine. I prefer this over other places just because it's 24/7. But the last two times that I have been here, the workers are just very snappy with their remarks. I do not think it's pleasant or funny and frankly uncalled for. After today, I will probably take my business else where. OK, I know this place isn't accessible via public transportation and is not in Boston but the good far outweighs that minor detail. The most important thing is that's it's open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week!!! I am a night shift nurse and I absolutely cannot sleep on my nights off without some major tranquilizers. I had to wash almost everything I owned (not exaggerating), including out of season crap. I had been on a travel assignment and packed in a hurry. My husband refuses to put his clothing in drawers, baskets or boxes. We have 2 cats. Everything on the floor was therefore by default considered dirty. We looked online and tried Yelp but couldn't find a closer place, decided it would be worth the trip. If a laundromat could be considered divine, this would be very close. At 2am on a weekend night there were only about 4 other ppl there and one was a toddler (yes, at 2am). The place has more machines than I've even seen in one spot. About 30 regular sized washers, 25- 35 lb loaders, at least 10 or 15- 50lb loaders and some ones that were so big I could've washed my hubby in one too (remember Beavis and Butthead?). There were at least 50 dryers. They also have a bunch of those spinners you can put your wet stuff in between washing and drying to get excess water out. Thank God, b/c those big washers have a crappy spin cycle and everything takes forever to dry if you don't spin them in that thing. We did approximately 75-100lbs of laundry in 90 minutes. It helped that we split up the laundry into about 20 dryers at 8 min each. I love it when I can get away with that. The folding was the most lengthy task. At night there is video monitoring but no attendant. They have an ATM, a bill breaker (from 20's and 10's to 5's) and a change machine, as well as vending machines with all the soap and laundry stuff. They have coke machines and a snack machine. Bring your own snacks... the drinks were normal stuff. There is an area with booths that looks like they might serve coffee in during the day. One of the coolest features was the WIFI. I spent the whole time running around and switching stuff but it's a good idea for those ppl who will not leave their laptop at home. My only words of caution- when you pick a machine, stick a quarter in first because we filled a 35 lber and then found that a coin had been jammed in diagonally. After using most of my tool kit to try to remove it, we just picked another washer. read more

I Have been coming here for years, ever since a laundromat just over the line in Lowell was no longer suitable because of lots of broken machines and bad attitudes by the staff. This laundromat has a great staff, Mike in particular, it has clean bathrooms, snack machines, TVs, and free Wi-Fi. It's a fairly well maintained, clean laundromat that you feel safe coming to even late at night. They are open 24 hours 7 days a week. Recently though, I have noticed that there are a lot of washers that are in need of repair. The laundromat is still sparkling clean and there are still plenty of machines . I am wondering if the delay in maintenance has anything to do with the new ownership that the laundromat is under. I sincerely hope that all the machines are fixed soon because I do love coming to this laundromat. read more

My washing machine broke and until it was fixed my wife was using this place as she works in Chelmsford. Each day she would place laundry in machine and then leave for the office and return to either transfer to the dryer or load and head back to work. Today she heads back and all our clothes have been stolen. The cameras do not work and the people in the place couldn't be bothered. The police could give a hoot and tell us that because my wife left there is nothing they can do. Besides being expensive the facility just plain stinks. Find another laundromat for sure. read more

Much improved! This is my favorite laundromat again!!! The services has always been excellent but the machines were getting a bit old and always were broken. They have been replacing the old machines with big brand new ones! The price is great and I am happy to say that this place is so clean!!!!!! read more

This place used to be "the place to go". It used to be clean and bright and the staff was friendly. I don't know what happened, but it is now an extreme disappointment. I went this morning and there was no staff on hand to help with questions. Over half of the machines were broken, thee was a bath towel on the floor where, I suspect a machine had leaked, and the ones that did work smelled very stinky, like moldy old machines that had been shut when wet and left to grow bacteria. The place is very run down, the floor is completely worn out and the bathrooms are no place that I would even want to wash my hands. I will never come back there, even if the convenience of 24/7 is my preference. read more

Totally awesome! I'm a huge fan of wash and fold services, and these guys are the best. Shirts were ironed and hung on a actual hangers which were given to me. Can't beat that for .80 cents a pound! read more

This place is decent but it seems like about half of the washers have been out of order for a long time now. It's basic business... get them fixed or invest in new washers! I'm a customer at the Colonial village laundromat.I do like the staff and the prices but I find it VERY cold in there.I also see quite a few weird sketchy people in there doing there laundry and I mean weird and sketchy.Other than that I also enjoy there specials.I still like to do my laundry there and will continue to do my laundry there ijn the future. read more
