He went back inside and pulled it up on the bank showing the pending transaction from the account to which they tried to convince us that "banks do that" and that he needed to pay a second time. They finally called "the owner" who confirmed my husband was again "good to go" and never even provided an apology. Other customers in the store said they'll only pay in cash there for similar reasons. We will NEVER go there again and rather unfortunate for them, we're very local.
