Pros: is on the strip. The service is amazing and they offer a limited snack area. Price is good for entry ($50 for non hotel guests). Massage and facial package is lower than other bath houses. Cons: they do not have a coed lounge area, or food area. They do not have hot stone/sand beds. They allow swim suits which I find a little bit eww, but I get that a lot of the folks that come in are not familiar with bathhouse etiquette. THE GROUT of the tiles is black so I don't know if it's clean or color black. read more

No attendants ever around. Therapist are great but the aroma oils are cheap. Compaired to other spas they give you nice comfy slippers at this spa they give some some used beat up looking mail house sandals. Other spas offer fruit better refreshers to drink.. and half the time their steam room is dirty and broken. I do. Not recommend this place at all! read more

This spa is beautiful and relaxing and very different from the other spas in town! I loved the scenery. It was very tranquil I had a very relaxing afternoon and had so much fun at this spa today! It was a last minute decision to get a massage during our stay at the Mandalay Bay, and booked 2 signature massages for my husband and I! A few hours before our appointment I managed to get in touch with them to see if we could get our massages in the same room and the spa executive was sweet enough to accommodate and convert our appointment into a couples massage! The services were brilliant, the amenities were awesome and the staff was sweet and accommodating. Our masseuses were ah-mazinggg the massage was absolutely blissful and relaxing! I would definitely recommend this spa. I was absolutely having a pleasant "me time" until another spa attendee ruined my experience by bringing in her iPhone. There are signs everywhere "No camera recording anywhere inside the facility", this is due to the fact that this facility is clothing optional. I did make it a point to tell the staff but by that point I was done and I don't know that the front desk staff were willing to do anything about it. read more

I just left the Delano after attempting to book a reservation three times on their website which had an error each time and would not let me book the time Then I called the concierge and explained and she said I could book over the phone and transferred me After being on hold for 19 minutes I hung up and called back to speak to a manager who said she would have them call me When I received no call, I actually drove there to make the appointment in person But the elevator would not go to that floor I went to concierge to explain and they tried to call them with attitude and then someone finally said They're closed already These people are enticing incompetent and could care less read more

I definitely felt pampered with my Ultimate Perfection facial: -80 minutes -three masks -cleansing down to the decolletage -aggressive, thorough extractions -hand and feet massages -paraffin for hands and feet If you get this treatment, be prepared to glow and receive compliments! No upsells on products. Many of the products are available in the retail shoppe, but be aware of the expiration dates, I noticed some were quite old. Enjoyed the rest of the spa: -steam room -numerous pools -fresh orchids at the sinks -tea and fruit One improvement would be the waiting area, too brightly lit and seating is not comfortable or relaxing. Bathhouse Spa at Delano, what a find. This is the second spa inside of Mandalay Bay. While the spa at Mandalay is bigger, it has that old Vegas feel to it. Bathhouse is a more modern designed spa and slightly smaller, but still packed with all the amenities you expect from a high end spa. Bathhouse is located on the second floor of the Delano tower. The staff inside the men's spa section are some of the best I've ever encountered. They gave you a semi constant attentive presence, but with out being intrusive. The one thing I found weird was the tv. There is a sitting area with a tv. I was there to relax, but found myself constantly checking the playoff scores haha. That must be some type of Jedi mind trick to get people to upgreade to a massage. A steam room is an important factor for me in considering a spa to choose. So to those that want to exactly what is here: Steam room Sauna Cold plunge pool Hot jacuzzi Showers Lockers Sitting area with tv Sitting area near jacuzzi And there is a complimentary snack and refreshment bar too. I had a wonderful time at the Bathhouse spa! It is trendy with a sleek design. I got a 50-minute massage (which was amazing!) and got access to the facilities for a full day. When they check you in, they provide you with a robe and sandals, and issue you a locker for your belongings. They have a hot tub, cold tub, steam room, and dry sauna. Complimentary coffee, tea, juice, water, and pretzels. Nice loungers to relax in and magazines to read. They also have showers, with plenty of amenities (brushes, razors, deodorant, etc.) and attendants to help with anything you need. It would be easy to spend the full day here! I was also surprised that it didn't feel busy for a Sat at 10 AM...which was a nice treat. The only downside is that they do not have Co-Ed facilities, so I couldn't hangout with my husband. read more

Disappointment would be an understatement. My first experience to BATHHOUSE SPA last week was for an early birthday celebration. My friends and I booked a room at the Mandalay Bay and originally had plans on visiting Spa Mandalay but to our surprise the spa was down for renovations so there was a sign in front of the door directing all guest to head over to the sister property Delano. I was a bit skeptical at first but thought to myself.. What the hell... It's at a luxury hotel and a spa is a spa so it should be just as nice. Upon arriving at the counter I was greeted by one of the spa front desk employee's and briefly explained to her that it was my first time and that I ended up here by default because of Mandalay's spa being closed. She explained to me that the day pass would be the normal $30 as it would've been at Mandalay and that they too have a very nice spa. They have an electronic combination locker so she had to in detail explain about how the locker works and all that jazz. Now from the looks of everything as I headed on down the hall to the men's locker room the décor was elegant and the ambiance of course was relaxing. When I walked in there were no spa attendants to greet me show me to my locker or let alone just around the vicinity. I found this to be a bit odd and not very guest friendly especially compared to Spa Mandalay where as soon as you walk in you have plenty attendants ready to be of some assistance. The downside to this spa locker room is that the locker area is so SMALL! You literally are smushed in with the next guest and makes changing uncomfortable. The locker I had randomly locked up a few times and went into "security mode" which I ended up later finding out from one of the spa attendants that the lockers ranging from 60-80 all have issues and that management has been made aware of this but nothing has changed. Interesting.... On a smaller scale, this spa will get the job done if you just want to relax but don't try on a busy day. The seating area out by the pools only have about 4 chairs so good luck with snagging one to lounge out on because they were all occupied the entire time I was there which was really annoying. 2 pools.. One big hot tub and 1 cold plunge. That's as good as it gets. I don't know I guess I'm just really spoiled with Spa Mandalay because this spa was depressing. The steam room fits about maybe 4 people and on this particular day I decided to come relax, they were out of the eucalyptus oil smh go figure.. the dry sauna is like a closet and they have about 4-5 showers available lol. $30 down the drain but I can honestly say that in my opinion it wasn't worth it. read more

I'm sorry but I am honestly not satisfied with this place. Not only did they mess up one day but on two different days during my staycation they managed to messed up my thoroughly planned out and paid for reservations. I had over $800 worth of treatments (4 total) so this is completely unacceptable and excusable from a five star hotel spa. At first they tried to tell me that my services weren't previously paid for when I had a copy of the credit card authorization letter. So she made me even later to my appointment then I was and do you think they added on time? Nope and I still had to pay full price for it when she made me 15 minutes later than my appointment. The treatment I had scheduled first was for a milk and honey massage. I highly do not recommend getting this treatment. It is extremely rough and not as relaxing as you may think it would be. It honestly felt like a wax massage for the first 20 minutes. My mud bath was phenomenal and very relaxing. I would recommend this treatment. My third treatment was an aromatherapy massage. I specifically scheduled it for 80 minutes but again they messed up and they only put me down for 50 minutes. I really enjoyed my aromatherapy massage and I definitely recommend it. I really wanted to have a facial done as well all in the same day but for some reason they said it couldn't happen which seems ridiculous because I started my services at 10AM. I had to reschedule the facial for Saturday since they couldn't do it Thursday. When I came on time for my facial they again messed up and could not find the reservation anywhere. Again making me 10 minutes late to my 80 minute facial and not giving me extra time or discounting the price. I did really enjoy my facial. It was the best one they had on the menu and consisted of several different techniques that we're good for your skin. I recommend getting that treatment as well. It's a shame that they provide an excellent service once you finally get in but you have to deal with such a hassle beforehand, especially for the prices you have to pay. I'm obviously not cheap but I expect to get what I pay for and that was not the case. If you don't mind dealing with a bunch of unnecessary BS and not being compensated for it, I recommend going here but if you expect the best of the best definitely do not come here. read more

I set an appointment for a 25 minute, aromatherapy massage with a female masseuse. Setting up the appointment online was extremely easy and there are no hidden fees. I also received a 20% discount for being local. According to the customer service agent I spoke to on the phone, you are free to go in and out of the facility on the day of your service between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. I couldn't be there as long as I would've preferred since I booked on a week day and had to work, not realising I'd have the option to go relax prior to the service. I arrived around 4:15 p.m. and my massage was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. The facility is gorgeous overall; women/men sections are separated, of course, and clothing is optional. There was nobody around except for the staff and myself. I couldn't really relax how I would've liked due to an employee constantly going in and out of the restroom/changing area and what I'm guessing was the maintenance closet. Not too sure what that was about, but the doors made a noise each time they closed. There are pretzels in little cups and water in the waiting room, along with various fruits. There is one pool large enough to swim across, which is heated and surrounded by 8 lounge chairs. There are steps on either side, so you can ease your way in if the temperature is too hot. The "rain" wall is also located in the same room (not heated.) There are two hot-tub sized "pools" opposite each other to the left of the large pool. One is heated, one is cold. The steam rooms were not functioning at the time I was there...or maybe they were just not functioning properly and I wasn't warned. The staff going back and forth weren't very welcoming. The lady at the check-in desk was the same. My masseuse, Ashley, was the only one that made an effort in what was supposed to be a relaxing, peaceful "get away" and the reason I'm giving 3 stars. If my review were reflective of her services only, I'd give 5. The aromatherapy scent I chose was pumpkin spice and I did not regret it. The 25 minutes felt like the perfect amount of time and she definitely made the extra effort in making me feel comfortable, all while maintaining my privacy. She was extremely warm and friendly, and definitely amped up my mood after dealing with the others. We mostly focused on the back, arms, and legs and her amount of pressure was spot on. I'd come back just for her. After the massage, I thought I'd have at least 30 min-45 min to continue enjoying the other amenities; however, I was rushed out not even 5 minutes after I made it back downstairs to the common area. I asked about this since I was told in the beginning (by the front desk) that the facility closed at 8 p.m. and the lady's response was "maintenance issues." No apology for the inconvenience or anything...just a hurry up and leave attitude. Ashley was nothing short of amazing!! The others could use some work. read more

We came here because the day passes at Mandalay Bay were sold out for the day. We were told they have all the same amenities, just smaller. The women's side was just that. There were two "eucalyptus" small steam rooms, without a hint of eucalyptus. The spa wasn't busy but I would have been uncomfortable with more than one other person there. It reminded me of the steam room at my local gym. The sauna, even smaller and not as hot as it should be. There were 8 lounge chairs near the hot pool and rain feature, very nice. Additional two small pools (hot and cold). They have cold towels and cucumbers fruity refreshers some fruit and water bottles. The vibe was very dark cave under ground. It was ehhh. My husband on the other hand was disappointed. The men's side has only 4 lounge chairs and the two small pools no large hot pool or rain water feature. We much prefer the spa at Manadalay bay and will not be spending the $ on day passes here again. Next time we will buy the day pass first thing in the morning to avoid this from happening again. UPDATE: I replied to the electronic survey from mandalay and expressed my dissatisfaction and they went above and beyond to make things right, okay definitely restored my confidence in Mandalay. I just had the best massage I've ever had here. I booked the wildflower honey body treatment. Justin is an amazing therapist and no part of your body will feel neglected when you leave. Often times, I leave a massage and feel like a part of my body is neglected, whether it's my feet, neck, hips, glutes, or something else. Not with Justin! He even gives an excellent scalp massage too. The honey treatment was very interesting as well, it's a different experience than a traditional massage, but was very pleasant. Justin also applies the perfect amount of pressure, nice and firm, which is great for me because I'm an athlete. I had a facial here a couple of days ago as well. It was nice too. I'm not a huge facial person, but in Vegas it's so dry and my skin gets super parched and needs it. They have all of the typical spa amenities you'd expect here. Love the jacuzzi!!! Tried their summer special Mango Massage! OMG it smells so good! It made me smelled like mango ice cream the whole day! The massage itself is relaxing and energizing afterwards. The staff is are so polite and welcoming. The Spa is clean and modern! I love their products a lot! Left my skin nice and soft! 1 star off for the locker room. it's a little small. It's such a shame to read the other reviews stating how much of a disappointment this place was. Having it being pure luck or not, I'm glad to have finally experience the BATHHOUSE Spa as it always been on my Vegas bucket list for quite some time now. A good friend was visiting Vegas and suggested we go to a spa to unwind and relax after a hectic work schedule. We both got the most basic 50 minute massage which didn't feel basic at all. It turned out that we both had the same guy who focused primarily on what our body needed and helped us feel rejuvenated and alive by the end of our session. I honestly don't remember his name but he was an elder Japanese man, if that helps (I'm sure the concierge will know his name if you describe that to them). Next was my 50 minute facial session with Rikuko and she was AMAZING. I was beyond nervous since this was my first facial while suffering from acne imagining that it'll get worse. Though, the extractions were the worst part of the treatment, she did do a great job exfoliating my face while giving me the right cleanse it needs. My face couldn't have felt any better as a head and neck massage were lined up in order right after. After my two massages and her mani/pedi we decided to make use of our time at the spa. The 90 degree hot tub was perfection. It felt nice being able to feel comfortable within my own skin to be skinny dipping since it was an all women spa- and being the only ones there. The staff were also very accommodating as they checked on us often to ensure that everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back every couple of months for my facial treatment and will recommend anyone who is in dire need of one to this place. It's 25% off for locals from Sunday-Thursday so be sure to take advantage of that. I love this place! Been here a few times. Each visit has been a pleasant experience. I tend to stay at the Delano hotel. I love that the Delano has a spa separate from the spa at the Mandalay Bay hotel. If you're staying at the Delano hotel, you can conveniently access it via elevator from the floor you're staying on...no need to walk across the hotel or casino to get to it. The facility is very clean and well kept. It has a nice modern look. You get access to spa the entire day if you have a booked treatment. You can also purchase a $30 day pass if you're staying at the hotel and just want access to the facility. Make sure to set aside enough time to enjoy all of the amenities the facility provides. There's a steam room, sauna, long hot whirlpool, small hot whirlpool and a cold plunge whirlpool. Also, you can reserve a private soak bath. Relax on the lounge chairs with the sliced cucumber and cold towels provided for you. Water bottles, coffee, flavored water and pretzel/nut snacks refreshments are available to you. The signature massage is the only treatment I've had there, both individual and couples massage. Each time was a great relaxing massage that I didn't want to end. Showers are available for use. You pretty much can fully get ready there with all that they provide...shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, salt scrub, hair brushes, mouth wash, razors, deodorant spray, flat iron upon request etc. Spa treatments booked Mon-Thurs are less expensive than Fri-Sat. I love this spa. It's not big, fancy, nor extravagant as the others ones I've been to. But I love it. It's managed to strip away all the hoopla, the fancy distractions and just "be a true spa" experience. It's designed to feel very Swedish, good use of space and most importantly, feels like a retreat. It's dark, with narrow spaces but high ceiling, giving you the feeling of being in a space completely away from the world. The pools are hot, the rain shower wall is cold and the sauna is just right. It's rarely ever busy and the crowd here is generally not obnoxious. The cleaning staff is attentive to things like wet floors, and can be seen cleaning surfaces or restocking the vanity area. Our massage was lovely, we got a couples massage in the same room (doesn't even matter if you aren't a couple) and we were allowed to take our time getting dressed/undressed and not shuffled around for the next guest. Also, no upsell on products which I like. The only thing that sets this place from a full 5 star is the price, it's just as expensive as the Encore spa. Big plus the grapefruit water is delicious as well. read more

While there on a long weekend, my wife and I decided on a spa experience. THEBathouse spa, located in THE Hotel is a slightly different experience from other spas. If you are looking for the bright and open experience, this is not your place. However, if you enjoy the contrast between dark and light - dark stone walls, bright overhead light in areas, small water pools with pebbles and with glass partitions - then this is your place. Me, I love it. My visit started with a 90 minute workout in their well equiped gym. If you are recieving a treatement, the Gym is free. If not, then it is $20 per day. As expected, they have plenty of machines and weights. The lighting was a bit subdued which is odd for a gym. Being Vegas, and that I was working out at 4pm, a few other guests wandered in, having just woken up from the night before party, and were trying to get right for a party that evening. After the gym, I retired to the spa and showered off in one of the three showers. Then it was time for the triology of steam room - cold plunge pool - hot tub finisher. I have always loved this part. The steam room was a bit small, or felt that way with four other dudes in attendance. However, they have the right amount of steam going, which is the most important part. Next is the cold plunge pool, which is a great next step. Finally the warmer hot tub. Run this cycle a few times and you will feel truly refreshed. After this, you can lounge on one of the recliners to take a nap, or relax on the couch and watch some television before your treatement. The treatement rooms are upstairs, via a glass staircase that, when combined with the dark walls, and reflective lighting, casts some great visuals. My treatement was a simple massage and my therapist, Cassandra, was excellent. Great technique and patience around my sore back. Would recommend her highly. Overall it was a very nice, sophisticated spa experience, and the next time I return to Vegas, I will certainly consider going back. read more

First of all, I've been to this spa a few times in the past and things have changed. This review is based on massage treatment, full day and gym use. I like the gym which is functional and efficient. The equipment is clean / modern and the changing room spacious. Overall good vibe! The spa itself is not what it used to be. Only ONE of the three showers were working and the hot water was at most lukewarm. I did ask about this and was told that I was indeed using the faucet correctly and that was as hot as it gets. I was told "you wouldn't want to burn yourself now would you?" as if I wasn't big boy enough to know better! I thought it was pretty sad that several times, there was a line to shower. Come on guys, at least let folks know before they decide to purchase a pass / treatments. I remember they're being more of a selection of snacks previously, now only green apples and pretzels. Now about my massage. I was expecting the therapist to start on time, he didn't (about 5 min later) which was pretty frustrating since I waited all day for this, right? I expected him to finish after the full 80 min, he didn't ( few minutes early ). Overall, this was fine massage. Not great, not terrible, just FINE. The pressure I requested was deep and this started off pretty well, then waned to be just a lotion rub without much pressure. The facility itself was great! They have a sauna, steam room, waterfall walkway, a long whirlpool hot tub and a separate room with both a hot tub in and a room temperature pool. The mani-pedi I got with Stephanie was amazing and the massage I had was great too! I left them both 40% tips! You girls were really awesome, thank you for making my day 300x better. THAT WAS WHERE EVERYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE STOPPED. Now I'm a pretty busy person, even when I get time off, I need to do a little work, check my phone every so often to see if the company is actually alive :). But at this spa I couldn't do anything all day.... Every time I tried to retreat to a quiet area away from everyone else, I would be told off for using my phone, even just to check my emails. It's like High School, my phone is making zero sound and I'm sitting with no one else in the room..... This is not a place where you can relax and live at the same time. If you're here to relax, this is unfortunately not the place to go. Even while sitting in the "quiet lounge" where I was forced to move, I was pestered consistently about why I wasn't sitting at the spa so ended up retreating in the locker room, where I was still asked twice about why I was sitting here and not using the facilities in a span of almost 5 minutes..... BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE WONT LEAVE ME ALONE TO CHECK MY PHONE AND LET ME WORK ANYWHERE WHILE IM PAYING YOU $$$. So absurd!!! They must either stare me down while I'm trying to relax or have creepy cameras since I would only check my phone when I had too. There was NO ONE AROUND ME and I was still FORCED TO STOP USING THE FACILITIES I PAID FOR?! Do NOT go here. Find somewhere else!!! Seriously! I have been to nearly every spa on the LV Strip -- twice, in the case of Bathhouse -- so trust me when I say that this is a weird one. On my initial visit, I tried out their bath offering. Since it is an unusual service, I selected the 25-minute option. The bath was relaxing, but the jets caused the bubbles to overflow into the room. No big deal -- the room is a giant shower! I turned on the overhead water, and let the bubbles rinse away while I soaked to the relaxing sounds of running water. All totally fine -- until the attendant WALKED INSIDE at the 15-minute mark, began chatting with me, and turned the shower off! Way to ruin the experience as it had barely begun, and ensure I would not be able to relax any further with only 10-minutes left in the service. Also...kind of weird to be hanging out while I am naked and you're not trained in providing services, only general staging. Just wild. When I went to leave, the attendant cornered me at the sink area and talked my ear off about a trip she had gone on with her sister. It was very odd, and I eventually had to abruptly walk out when polite hints to end the conversation were not being taken. On my second visit, a different attendant tracked me down IN THE SHOWER to deliver me to my service 15 minutes in advance! Lady, I have never had to be in a waiting area that early, and shouting to me through a shower door is a touch inappropriate. Unsurprisingly, arriving early left me sitting for a long while before a provider was available to begin my service. Overall -- the spa is nice and clean, if a bit small. The bath and massage services are perfectly pleasant. The attendance staff...needs a lot of work. Basically -- leave the guests alone!! I am naked and zoning out, not trying to make friends with strangers. I felt uncomfortable in the locker room areas of this facility. read more

I really wanted to like Thebathhouse... I felt like I should have liked Thebathhouse... But I didn't. For me, the small size seemed rather claustrophobic, and the dark colors did not help. I was not given a tour upon arrival, so I felt as though I was wandering around aimlessly down one narrow hallway then another. There was nowhere to hang my robe, which is a bit of a pet peeve. The workout area was well equipped, but the lighting was very strange- almost a pinkish hue, so it was a bit disconcerting. With all of the other spa options in Las Vegas, I think I'll choose another. read more

Ok, I LOVED this place! I had a free day to myself before my friend flew in so I made an appointment for a massage, manicure and pedicure off their spring special menu. I arrived an hour early to check in and enjoy the amenities. A friendly staff member showed me around the full area, assigned me a locker and answered any questions I had. The pictures on their website is exactly how it looks. The gray tones and low sounds of the water features perfectly relaxed me. I changed into the robe and slippers provided and went to the hot tub. No one was there at 10am on a Friday so I had the area to myself. I was a little nervous about slipping out of the robe and walking nude into the hot tub, but figured why not. It's a spa and it's the best way to enjoy the water. I took advantage of the hot and warm tubs, then visited the sauna for a few minutes. I also spent a few minutes in the cold pool just to do it. Afterwards I took a quick shower and went to the relaxation lounge. I had enough time to eat a banana and pour a cup of grapefruit juice before an attendant came and got me for my massage. Tony gave an incredible massage! The pressure was just firm enough and he did a great job of getting the knots out of my neck. 50 minutes was perfect and left me feeling totally relaxed. I was taken back to Katrina after the massage for my mani/pedi. She did a great job on both. I got gel on my fingernails and they had a good selection of colors. Delano Bathhouse is one of my favorite places on the planet. For hotel guests it's a $30 fee if you are only using the spa and not getting any other service. There is a hot and cold plunge, a beautiful pool, a dry sauna and two Eucalyptus steam rooms. They are my favorite. I usually go in the morning and it's pretty quiet and never crowded. If you've had too much to drink the night before, 15 minutes in the steam room is all you need to feel better. I also love the look. The walls are dark gray and concrete and the pools are bright blue. They have music playing and water falling and it's smells so good. I highly recommend! read more

I had my facial rescheduled here from the Spa Mandalay, as the aesthetician called in sick. In contrast to the Spa Mandalay, the Bathouse has a modern and sleek look, but is small. Much smaller than the Spa Mandalay. Only 3 showers, 2 hot tubs, a small sauna, I felt a little claustrophobic compared to the grandness of the Spa Mandalay. The decor is also more cold and uninviting, IMO. I would rate my facial okay. But once I was done with it, I high tailed it back to the Spa Mandalay to relax and enjoy the luxury of its amenities. read more

Secretly, I wish that I could keep word of this place to myself. It is one of the few places that I can totally relax--and strangely enough, it is in Las Vegas! Large cooling and hot pools, dry and wet steam rooms and skilled massage experts--what else could you ask for? A true gentlemen's spa. One word of warning, if you want to go here, you must either be staying at TheHotel or pay for an additional treatment (facial, massage, etc.) to be admitted to the spa. Went here as an early birthday present for the BFF during our vacation. We did the customized bathing package. Choice of bath, sugar scrub and a massage. It was wonderful. Loved the sugar scrub they use (Lalicious Sugar Kiss) The mud bath was wonderful and relaxing and Tony did a wonderful job on my massage. The BFF had a wonderful time as well. The only con was that they are doing construction at the hotel and during the massage/scrub, the sound of drilling interrupted the peaceful calm quite a few times. read more
