Red light therapy that burned my back. Was told after it was supposed to have a counter weight to make it straight but he couldn't find it.

I wasn't instructed on how to get out of the aqua massage. Was waiting for the pod to open and eventually found the release button. The imbalance of the red light caused my upper back to get burned. When I asked about it I was told there was supposed to be a counter weight but he couldn't find it. There was construction going on while we had our appointments. My girlfriend was using the float tank and kept thinking someone was knocking on the door. For the price we paid that was a very disappointing experience.

Lauren was a very helpful host. I came solo to celebrate my birthday, decompress from the holidays and set some intentions for my life and the new year. I treated myself to a spa day here and while it wasn't a luxury spa you'd find on the strip, it was simple, clean and comfortable. I started with a cold plunge for 4 minutes, BRRR and the sauna for 20 minutes. After that I went directly into the salt water float for an hour where I focused on nothing but relaxing and letting go. When finished, I was ably to use the hair dryer they provide and continue my day of pampering. It was a wonderful experience that I will definitely repeat and recommend in the future.

SO RELAXING! This the first thought that comes to mind after this experience. I was lucky enough to be gifted with a float therapy session from my friend Loren K. for my birthday this year. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the helpful and friendly Amaya. She took me back to my room and explained the process. They ask you to shower before entering the float tank. Liquid soap and shampoo are provided. They also give you ear plugs to help prevent water getting in your ears. A towel is provided along with flip flops too. My gift was for an hour float, but you can go for as many hours as you want but it does cost. Each tank is very clean and the water you float in is salty. Be careful touching your face or getting near your eyes as it will sting if any of the water gets in your eyes. The tank is warm inside and the water was around 80 degrees. Pretty perfect for me. I decided to float in my birthday suit but you can wear a bathing suit if you feel more comfortable. You have an entire room to yourself and the door locks so you can really relax and float away all your stress. A floating neck pillow is also provided although I struggled getting a comfortable fit. Next time, I will bring my own. My float was very calm and chill. I asked for the starry lights above and meditation music and this created the perfect atmosphere. At one point, I felt like I was in space floating through the Universe (Lol!) You may also make the tank totally dark for a deep deprivation feeling. I wasn't ready for this but next time I might try it. Once my session ended, I showered again to get all the saltwater off. They have a small grooming station near the restroom. There are Q-Tips, throwaway combs and a blow dryer for use. My only suggestion would be to add some lotion since the saltwater dries your skin out so much. I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming back again. They charge $65 for your first float and then $85 after. They have memberships ranging from $69 for a monthly Salt and Float to an unlimited Salt and Float for $199 per month. They also offer sessions in their salt room and massages. If you are a water person like me, you will really love this feeling and experience. Highly recommend you trying this place out to see if it floats your boat...

NV Float Therapy is exactly what I needed in my life right now. While in Vegas, I decided to spurge on a self-care day and ended here. I started with a hot stone massage that catapulted me onto cloud 9. Next was the halo therapy room (salt therapy), where atomized salts fill the air. After an hour of that, I felt like I could breathe more clearly than when I came in. There was also a sense calm after this session. Finally, I had an hour to float in the sensory deprivation tank. Since I was so relaxed and calm from the first 2 sessions, I fell asleep within 10 minutes. The most refreshing sleep I've had in a long while! I'm definitely making this a priority for the next time I'm in Vegas!

I really wanted to love this place! If you're used to a float pod this is a different experience, more like you're in a large bathtub. Doesn't give as much of a sensory deprivation feeling that I've loved and experienced in a float pod. Pros: The $199 special - massage, float, salt room. Great deal! The salt room is really nice. The staff is very kind. Cons: Everyone wear outside shoes, which automatically makes it not as hygienic as the similar places I go to for these types of therapies. Although the guy was nice, he was in his outside shoes in my shower when he was showing me the shower and float tub. The tub itself wasn't not that clean around the door area. The set up of the tub and shower is awkward. The slippers they give you are super cheap and so is the pillow in the tub. It's super scratchy. I will not return, but there's a lot of potential here for this place to be a lot better.

I have hair extensions. Am I able to do the float therapy bc of all the salt? Do they provide anything for you for your hair or ears?

Hi Brianna! Yes, you can still float with hair extensions. Since the water is high-salt (like the Dead Sea), we just recommend keeping your hair as dry as possible to protect bonds/tape/glue. We offer a swim cap ($20 refundable deposit) and a float… Read more

Every room felt unique, and I really enjoyed exploring the different spa areas. The woman who did my body scrub was AMAZING. She was incredibly thorough and seriously got every inch of my body. The massage afterward also felt fantastic. My skin honestly never felt so soft and smooth afterward -- literally baby soft. That said, there were a few downsides. First, I was surprised they don't provide slippers. I've been to several Korean spas in LA and San Francisco, and I've never experienced one where you either had to bring your own or purchase it there. And they had nothing to dry your hair or curl your hair after you were done with your services. No Q-tips, no tissues, no hair ties, hairspray, deodorant, or anything. Also, I'm not from Vegas, so I had no idea about the area until the Uber dropped us off, but the neighborhood felt very sketchy and honestly a little scar. The inside of the spa felt completely fine and safe, but the outside surroundings definitely caught me off guard. In fact, the Uber guy, who had dropped me off, told me not to wait outside. As across the street was a place where you go in for parole and to check your ankle monitor. I also felt the woman at the front desk could have been more welcoming or informative. Most Korean spas I've visited usually give first-time guests a quick tour or explanation of the amenities, but that didn't happen here, which made it feel a little awkward at first. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant since I arrived right when they opened in the morning and it wasn't open yet. Overall though, despite a few issues, the scrub service alone was worth the visit.

I decided to purchase a day pass, which runs $45, 7 days a week. There is some really value here with that price. At check in, the receptionist was very friendly and asked if it was my first visit. She explained what was on the first floor (gender separate) and what was on the second floor (co-ed). She also handed me the "uniform" and a locker key (on a scrunchie), as she called it, for the co-ed spaces. Cool! And off I go! I went to the gender separated men's side first and set myself up with a locker. Like I said, this place is deceptively huge. The locker space has plenty of mirrors and stocked with all kinds of toiletries. The men's wet area is over to your left and the co-ed dry sauna and staircase leading to the co-ed second floor. In the wet area there is a massive hot tub! The jets on the sides are kind of weak, but the ones in the back are perfect! I spent a good chunk of time in here! You also had 2 steam room area side by side. Kind of odd since they are both fairly small. The steam was fantastic though! Also spent a good chunk of time in here! lol Finally, I decided to put on the "uniform" and do a little exploring. There is a TON of lounging space and quiet spaces upstairs. It was very quiet and peaceful. I spent a little time in the Ice Room and that was pretty chill (see what i did there?? See? :) Personally, I'm not a big fan of the cold as much as the warm/hot. The red clay ball room is something I had read about yet never experienced before. It was a very interesting and unique experience. I NEVER fall asleep in spas (or in public, really), but after a few moments of laying here I started to legit doze off. Definitely want to do that again. I've seen cleanliness mentioned in other reviews, so I guess I was braced for something, but it seemed very clean to me. You can tell the building is older, but its much nicer inside than you might think from the area it is located in. There is some real value in that $45 price also. You can get here as early as 9:30 am and, I believe, they are open until 8:30 pm. I only needed a couple of hours today, but the reset it gave me was worth it. Yes, it may not be as opulent as a lot of strip spas. You will also pay an average of $120 and up for that difference. There are only (2) things I did not like here. (1) You only get one towel. I'm not one of those guys that grabs a stack at a time, but man, you should be able to get a second or third towel if you are there long enough. (2) No sandals. This is the big one for me. Too easy to pick up funguses and other unpleasant things walking around everywhere in your bare feet. I will bring my own next time, but this was less than comfortable for me. All that said, I will be back. I love the steam and hot tub a lot and now I want to go back and do the red clay ball room again. I will just bring an extra towel and some sandals with me next time. lol I wavered between 3-4 stars, but they were nice so that gives them the bump up to 4 stars. 4 stars.

Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.
