Helped polish out etching and return shine of newly installed limestone floors and then applied sealer. We are very happy with polishing but he didn't seem to be interested in helping us get some stains out or advice with maintenance. I definitely recommend this company if you want to get your floors cleaned! These guys are hard workers, even scrubbing on their hands and knees to make our floors look as good as possible. After our home was flooded, getting the floors cleaned was the last thing we did. So, our floors were not only filthy from the flood waters, they also had Sheetrock dust, paint, caulk, and mud. When they finished our floors looked better than they ever had since we moved in! Company run with uncommon integrity! Greg came to give an estimate and restore a sample area on my slate floors to show me what kind of results I would get. After making a thorough evaluation, he explained that he saw some deterioration in the high-traffic areas. He said he wasn't sure that the restoration would give me the durability that would be expected since the stone had been exposed and partially degradated. He gave me an honest estimate, answered my questions thoroughly, and didn't try to influence my decision. Greg is a true artist and made our floors look better than they did when our house was new! He cleaned stripped, and polished our travertine tile floor until it shined like gemstones. These guys know their stuff! We had a Travertine tile floor that had been grouted with epoxy grout. The grout had stained the floor and it looked dirty all the time. The tile company had tried to clean it with poor results. We called Bizaillion. Within a few hours of our initial contact we had an appointment for next morning. They did a single tile for us to show what they could do and gave us a price. Initially it seemed expensive, but once we saw all the different diamond pads and the equipment, it seemed well worth it. Once finished, it did not even look like the same floor. The floor has a nice "old world" satin finish and looks fantastic. We are extremely pleased. read more

Wonderful company and service. Greg and his team cleaned and restored in one day a large area of old Saltillo tile which had white water stains. He explained what was wrong, how it got that way, how they would fix it and gave me the extra sealant to use in the future. The floor looks great now! And his service / repair was a mere pittance - $2K - as opposed to the cost of ripping out all the tile and getting new flooring in an area of 500+ square feet. Although it was pricey I was very pleased with the results after my Travertine floor was cleaned and honed.

I have travertine floors that are approximately 14 years old. We have cared for them appropriately having them professionally cleaned several times. Mark (I believe the son), cleaned my floors for the very first time this week. Although I have used Bizaillion Floors before, Mark has never cleaned them. My husband called me at work when he got home to tell me that I was not going to believe how beautiful the floors were. Even with that commentary, I was shocked when I returned home to see the floors gleaming back at me. We have 3 kids and pets- these floors can get pretty dirty. We have NEVER had our floors look this beautiful before- even when Bizaillion previously cleaned them. I will never allow anyone but Mark at Bizaillion Floors clean them. He may look young, but he has clearly been in the family business for years and I think his technique is outstanding. If I had taken a picture of the before- I would force them to put it on their website! Mark and his team were incredibly diligent with our furniture removal and their pride in ensuring our floors looked the best they could. I swear they look brand new.
