I dropped off a Rifle barrel discretely packaged up that needed to be sent off to have some work done they charged me nearly fifty dollars then called me after I had driven away and told me they couldn't ship my package just because they assumed it was a gun part. Based on the address it was going to which is a known barrel service provider. After wasting close to an hour of my time, I got my package back, drove down the road and had it shipped at another business for less than twenty for the same shipping service and speed. In the end Poor service, Terrible parking, and Outrageous Pricing I do not recommend any of their services.

They printed the label and then taped up the box. Then they asked me for money for printing the paper and taking it. I wasn't bothered that they were charging me, but that they never made any mention that it would cost or how much it would cost. When I pointed that out, they seemed to not care and expressed that they couldn't do anything about it. Thankfully a kind person next to me paid the charge since I did not bring money with me. This UPS store isn't perfect, but it's the only store in the 5th largest city in Idaho. Yes it's…read morepretty much busy from open to close and sometimes the lines can extend out the door, but the staff here are spectacular! They are always helpful, polite and work as a team. I don't know if it has always been that way but as of mid 2025 they are working so well as a team whine I've been there. For a business such as this teamwork and efficiency is key and they have it dialed in. Missing the 5 star review due to the lack of parking for the only and very very highly utilized UPS store.

Very frustrating to walk in with a package ready to be shipped and told "You just need a scan" and…read morewaited 25 minutes to get a "scan" of the item. This location needs a separate register ready to have drop-off items that are already sealed with a UPS label on it. There were multiple people in-line behind me with the same thing, just needing to "get a scan" and had to wait for all of the other patrons that needed counter assistance for boxing, taping, measuring, entering addresses/recipients, printing, etc. The line was wrapped around the store and it was after Christmas. Unnecessary wait times to be prepared to leave my shipment unlike other carriers in the area. Please figure out a way to streamline this process for those of us that can literally drop into a bin and go about our day because we did the work and do not need "help" or a receipt.
