I couldn't find a salon near me that was open so I decided to try this one out and it was awesome. The inside is nice and big and the decor is really nice as well. I've never had my nails done so perfectly because I am really picky about my nails but this full set was the best one I've had. I get my nails done often and usually there's something that bothers me, but today I came home satisfied. The price is decent as well and the color was so neatly painted. I will definitely be going back. I just got them done today but I'm already getting so many compliments! I went Saturday, haven't had my nails done in a while so decided to test myself to a full set of dip powder on my natural nails. I didn't initially request a manicure but agreed to one when asked. I felt rushed when needing to pick a color. They also over filed my nails, the side walls hurt. They use old, used files, use the same dip powder for every one (so if someone had a cut, your finger is going in that same container) and the tools don't seem to be autoclaved. By Monday night, Tuesday morning they were already peeling off my natural nails and breaking. I am needing to file them down to keep them as long as possible. I don't even want to call because I honestly don't want to go back and I saw they have a "no refund" policy so I don't want to have to go through this again. Very disappointed... read more

Wanted to get my nails done before living the beautiful city of Aurora, Colorado. A quick google search lead me to this nail spa. My mail technician was Tina. She was absolutely amazing. Not only can she do nails, but she had a wonderful personality and was so friendly. She convinced me to take my old set of nails off because they were old and needed to come off. She got the shape correct and the design. I'd say this is one of the best full sets I have ever had. I wish I could teleport here, every few weeks to have her do my nails. I went to Color Nail because it was closest to the mall. GiGi gave me a shellac mani pedi. It was awesome! I felt very cared for, which may sound silly, but it was a lovely experience. I didn't have an appointment, but got in within 5 minutes and they were pretty busy. My friend treated me to my nails at her salon in Greenwood Village. Much more expensive and not at all the quality I received from GiGi. I then went with my daughter to her nail spa for a pedicure. Again, far more money and they were okay. Color Nail is not near my house, but I will make the drive to have it done right! The staff seems really happy in their work environment and that matters. The bathroom is also very clean! I'll be converting my daughter here now! I highly recommend GiGi and Color Nail. read more

Went in yesterday for a shellac pedi. They were nice and got me in right away. That's where the good stopped. The girl dug into my toes so badly with her hook, she was wiping away blood with a towel and the pain was so bad afterwards it kept me up all night. I've never had a painful pedi and this was almost unbearable! I also later noticed she only painted NINE toes. Who does that?! UPDATE!!! My toes are fully infected now!!! Stay away from this place whatever you do! I spent $60 and got a painful pedicure, two infected toes and now get to go to the doctors! Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere clean!!!!! read more

Twice I've been to this location and when you call and ask for a specific person they say the person is there and when you get there they are not and they just pass you on to someone else , the 2 times I got a pedicure they dug so deep into my cuticles with the tools that my toes were swollen and red for days and I could barely wear my shoes this happened twice I guess I thought by getting a different person it would be different but I was wrong, you go in and wait for a long time seven after you called and scheduled and appt they tell you to come in right away and still you have to wait , Gigi is the only Person that does good she wasn't one of the people that dug into my cuticles. Before I start, I went in there and asked them to fix it. I've never had such a bad manicure and pedicure I came here when I first moved here and I remember it being pretty good. Nail polish all over my fingers and toes like a little kid painted them. All unevenly filed and there's glue or nail polish under my nails. They didn't cut my cuticles, or make them the same shape or length. It was very unfortunate. I'm pretty sure this is the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten and I tipped $15 for it to like an idiot It was overall really disappointing and the cut on my thumb is telling me never to go there again. read more

This is the worst nail shop that you could go to. I am not one to give reviews ever. This is my first and prayerfully last one i will ever do. They don't know what customer service is at all. You walk in no one greets you. They will eventually get to you after you wait 20 minutes. Pedicures are very painful and even after telling them not to they continue to do it- even if they visibly see that you are in pain. The lady i was with was nice but i got there at 4:30 and didn't leave until after the closed at 7:30PM just for a regular pedicure and full set! She was so slow. No i don't want anyone rushing on my nails but i don't want anyone taking that long either because i still have stuff to do. She quoted me one price 45 for pedicure and 70 for full set and proceeded to charge me 140 for everything. Last time i checked 45 + 70 is 115. RUN AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO NAIL SHOP. read more

I got a mani and pedi two weeks ago and my shellac on my hands started lifting a day after I got them done.. I didn't think it was a big deal as long as they would last my two weeks but they only lasted 4 days. When I called to see if I could go back in to get them fixed the response I received was that I was doing something wrong because it wasn't supposed to be like that. Clearly why I called to fix them. The girl I talked to said to go back 3 days later since they were too busy. Poor customer service. My pedicure started chipping just as fast. I didn't return because who wants to be a repeating customer of a store like that. I'm not someone to complain but I am still so upset at how poor of a job they did. Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars, I totally would. I went in for a pedicure about a week ago because I had read the reviews (although they lack in pedicure reviews - makes sense), was wanting to try a new place, and it is relatively close to home. The reason I'm giving it such a terrible review is the pedicure was subpar. During my pedicure, the man who did my toes stabbed the side of my toe, and I told him it hurt. He didn't acknowledge it or apologize, rather just shoved my foot back in the water. My toe is now very bruised and infected. In addition, he didn't place the toe separator on my toes (my toes are very close to each other, I even specified this), and my polish on my big toe got ruined. I understand that this could be my fault for not being too careful, however, when I asked him to fix it, rather than help me back at the chair he did my pedicure, he had me hold my foot in the air to reapply the polish, without fixing the problem. I then told him it was still not to my satisfaction (it was bumpy and didn't look nice) and he then removed the polish and re-painted my toe with a terrible attitude. I wanted to enjoy this place, but this experience was terrible, my mom had an equally terrible experience, and now it hurts to walk due to my toe. Save your money! read more

This place is terrible when it comes to making an appointment. I tried twice and I will never again go to this place. I made an appointment and did not get in until 30 minutes later and they said nothing about it. I sat in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes with no apology. The nail technician was so rough on my feet that my heel started to bleed. They are mainly a wake in place that you will wait an hour or two. Don't make an apt as you will never get in on time. This place is awful! I went in for a rebase with French tip. The mail tech kept burning me with the Dremel! She put the white powder almost halfway into my finger, even after specifically saying I wanted a smaller white tip. And you can see where the rebase is on 8 of the 10 nails. I went back for my scheduled appointment. Got to the store 10 minutes early-no one even acknowledged me or asked to help me as I entered. I signed in and sat down. A lady came in after me and was greeted immediately upon entering. Shortly after she sat down, an employee came over to ask her what she wanted done and told her they would be with her as soon as they could. I was still not acknowledged. Another lady came in and was again greeted immediately. She signed in. This is now going on 5 minutes after my appointment and 15 minutes I was in the store. 5 minuted later the second lady leaves. A worker then comes out and calls the name of the lady who left going over my name and still no one has even acknowledged me. I then speak up and say I have an appointment. She proceeds to almost pretend like I didn't say anything and goes to the walk in sitting next to me who admits she doesn't have an appointment. She then walks away talking with her co workers. The time is now 20 minutes after my appointment. She tells me to pick a color and sit down. As I'm picking the color she proceeds to take the walk in and starts working on her nails instead without saying anything to me. At this point I walked out. I have never seen such Poor customer service and now looking back at the other reviews it appears this is their normal way of operating. You don't keep customers treating them poorly and anyone that walks through your doors should be treated as if you want their business -not as if they don't exist. The service that they have done in the last on my nails isn't even that good-it was just a convenient location. I would drive to another state before I set foot I this business. This is a great salon and they take great care of their customers. The new management has worked really hard to make wonderful changes and it's a beautiful salon. I am a regular here and the entire staff works very hard to keep the standards up to keep the salon clean and helping all customers that walk in. In response to a horrible review by Nm M. on 3/1917 - I was there the day this happened and it's nothing like the review states. In fact, the ladies were threatening that they were going to do a YELP review if they didn't get their discount. First of all, this salon washes their pedicure tubs in between clients very well and no, they do not use dirty towels to do it. That is a lie. Second, the customers who wrote the earlier review were not told to screw off, not in English, or any other language....when I arrived and sat down the two ladies were sitting there chatting for quite a long time. As soon as it was discovered that the wrong polish was used, someone went over and started to take it off so the polish could be changed. For these ladies to sit there and then start to demand a discount because it will take too much time was asinine. The salon was quite busy and the manager told the girl that did the pedicure that she used the wrong polish and it was a mistake. (they have polish/gel colors that match so you can use either/or for your pedicure or manicure) It was an honest mistake and they went to take care of it. The ladies excuse for wanting a discount is that they didn't have time to sit and wait, however, they did sit there for a good 30 minutes chit chatting. When the manager started to try to talk to them they kept interrupting and quite honestly, made the rest of the customers extremely uncomfortable. We were all just glad when they left because they were making a scene. Frankly, if I owned this business I wouldn't want them to come back because of their attitudes. I came here to get my nails done yesterday. I got acrylic nails. The shape is nice but she was too tough while filing and cut me twice.

Went here today to get a full set. I needed my other nails removed and replaced. Usually they soak them off but instead she tore them off using a nail tip. I was cringing in pain every time she tore one off. My nails were so brittle by the end. Then she proceded to use the still on my very thin nails. I told her they were really thin but she reassured me they were fine. After applying the nail tips she asked if i wanted gel or regular nails. I opted to pay a little more for gel since i think they look better. While she was grinding over the gel nails she kept going over the thin spots on my nails even though i kept saying ouch. Turns out she drilled through my nail and drew blood on 2 of my actual nails. They looked ok when i was leaving but now i realized my nail beds are bruised and hurt really bad. The gel also has a bunch of uneven spots which are very noticeable with matte black polish. Im honestly just frustrated. Maybe they had an off day but now i have to go on vacation tomorrow with my nail beds throbbing. I will not be going back and now i probably have to wait for my nails to completely grow out so i dont bruise them again. Awesome. read more

She laughs at you and clearly talks in "her language" to the other workers when you arrive and ask for a rebase. She RUDELY tells you if you do not get shellac rather than regular color your nails will not be pretty and you are cheap!!!!!!! She is so RUDE, I walked out! Fifteen years of having nails done all over Denver and Aurora, I've NEVER been treated so rudely! AVOID this nail salon at all costs! A- you are risking your health, B- they don't know the difference between regular polish and special UV light polishes C- they were really nasty about their mistake. I thought I may have just missed the cleaning of tubs between customers while I waited but now I'm sure I didn't. After a pleasant lady did my nails I noticed she wiped the floor (which I hadn't noticed before was filthy with sooty black stuff) with the same towels used in my pedicure and as she closed in more debris into a small overflowing trash can, nail bits and stuff flying everywhere (wasn't busy enough to have not emptied trashes all day). I waited for my friend's more extensive pedi to be completed for a long time (super slow) and thought surely my polish is dry after an hour, but it wasn't. I got the attention of an available person and she said okay, we'll fix it. She rubbed off two nail's polish and they soon discovered the wrong polish was used. Ooookay, well that's fine. But she didn't come back, after 20 minutes I asked if anyone would come fix the now gelly mess on my feet, I got a nasty response and said, I really need to go. She told me I sat there talking and so I should be fine waiting????When she finally came over I said I think that I should just go and you can give a discount because I don't have time to wait for another hour to get polished and dry. She basically, in more than one language told me to screw off. I couldn't believe it. The previous lady was so nice. I always like to tip people generously. My pedis usually cost me double because I appreciate having a good experience. So disappointed because it's close to my friend's place and we could regularly go together, but I swear my toes are itching now. So sad at how I was treated. It's a terrible place.
