She carefully listened to what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions of her own. In the end, I got the exact cut I wanted (no "accidentally" going too short like I've had at other salons) and gentle highlights that looked natural on my blonde hair. No reason to look elsewhere when I need a cut or color again in the future! Then, luckily, I met Jocelyn! I'd never had my lashes tinted or lifted, and I decided to give it a go. This is very popular back in Texas and in other larger cities, but Melbourne hasn't picked up on this as much. Jocelyn is one of the few in the area that do it! I am so glad I did! My blonde lashes are literally invisible. Which means I ALWAYS have to wear mascara if I want to feel put together. But WOW!!! After the tint and lift - I can go au natural and STILL feel beautiful! Not to mention how fun it is to have your own lashes look long and sexy - without having to resort to gluing something on. When I was leaving that appt I mentioned that I like the eyebrow lamination look girls are doing these days, but that I have 90's eyebrows. Her response - I fix 90's eyebrows!! I loved that she said that! And I loved the service and working with her so much on that visit, I decided to come back give it a try. WIN AGAIN! I was so scared I'd look like Groucho Marx, but I don't! I'm so grateful to work with her, I feel like I can trust her. Which is a big deal when trying to find Esties you want to continue working with. Will never go anywhere else for the services she offers. I've also had my nails and toes done there with multiple technicians. They really have well-trained employees, with the best attitudes and best skills. I even follow Hailee on social because it's so fun to see what she does for her clients. He is in a nursing home now and at the time was struggling with Parkinson's disease and had a stoke. He no longer cuts hair and my mom took over. You didn't have to write a nasty review trashing out store you ****** ***(verb usage of the most common swear word followed by a homophobic three letter slur). During my visit, I did notice that the gentleman who was cutting my hair was not well and was frustrated due to that.
