They dropped me off and picked me up with no hassles and it was a good conversation, too. I felt like they really cared about the quality of their work and cars in general. D&T was the only one that took a look at my truck and told me exactly what it was going to cost to get the whole truck done. All other shops used the 'depends on how much paint correction' and then gave me a range that was either cheaper or could have been twice as expensive. No nickel and diming. No this was not inexpensive, but it was not overpriced! I will say that I am amazed at the quality of the ceramic and the way the truck looks. When it comes to quality, even the chrome on the floorboards still looks great. It has snowed and rained, and the truck looks brand spankin' new. I will update as time goes on, but I will definitely be bringing my other cars here and recommend 10/10!

D&T made the paint look like glass and the ceramic coating is out of this world as when it rains the water just beads right off. If you plan to keep your car a good long while I definitely recommend. Will be washing my car by hand from now on to keep it looking icy. The pricing is definitely worth it as I will not have to worry about waxing my car for another 4 to 6 years.

After my last two visits, I had to cut the cord. The last two times I've visited one of the two automatic bays have been down. So there's only one working automatic bay. That's insane for the amount of customers this places gets throughout the day. So I wait in line, scan through my Autowash app, and it says drive through when it's ready. I drive through as instructed and nothing...nothing happens. Have you ever been the car in the car wash when it's not working? The line of cars behind you are furious. I have multiple cars behind me that think I somehow didn't pay. Ultimately I'm holding up the line. This happened not once, but two consecutive times. That was the final straw. I'm done. I cancelled my membership. The search for a decent automatic wash continues. Maybe I go back to doing it myself like I did washing my parents' cars as a kid. It sucks when you're willing to pay and receive horrible service in return. Autowash, get it together!!!!!
