If you want to waste your money and get your car scratched come here. Where do I start ? This car wash is very un-maintained , the sprayers are usually broken , the brushes are dirty and poor quality . The bays are full of debris and mud . It's a shame because this is a great location . This owner is more interested in collecting money than maintaining and spending much needed money on the performance of this car wash . read more

This place was okay before I suppose, and I think it may have had real brushes before, also at $8, but if you pick the $8, you're charged $10 without warning, and the worst part: it's a weak spray wash now. I don't think that you'd get your car significantly cleaner, especially after the real test (some days after a snow storm), if they increased the spray action or intensity by even 25-35 percent. Avoid BS RipOff Auto Wash! I picked the $8 option which was their "highest priced wash" yet it charged my card $10 when I checked later, and did not even get car fully washed and cleaned. Save your money go anywhere else! read more

This is the worst car wash! I went through the automatic wash getting a "super" wash for $8.00. Pulled out of the bay to look over my car and it was still filthy!!! I then went to use the self serve bay. I put a $5 bill in the machine and it shorted me $.50...so Now I have spent $8.50 and still have to wash my car. I am highly disappointed with this car wash both the automatic bay and the change machine, I will never use this place again! read more

The owner wasn't professional, came out screaming and inappropriate name calling for power washing a horse trailer, we didn't know because we're from out in the country and we apologized and told him we'd clean up after ourselves and he told us he had to pay to clean it up when someone before us left gravel and trash, he told us to leave and he was gonna make money off us on tik tok then we'll ever make. I had such a bad experience the other day, I had to laugh out loud. I literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD because it was such a joke. 1st visit: The man working there let me go through the automatic wash for free because he wanted to make sure it was working properly. Awesome! Free car wash! You get what you pay for though... My car was still dirty. No complaints though. 2nd visit: The foam brush wasn't working all that great so I decided to rinse my car and go. I found out all too quickly they the hose had a gaping hole in it. Soaked my clothes and kicks. I had to turn it off and go to the next stall to finish washing my car. Ridiculous. 3rd visit: (the ultimate car wash experience, PLEASE READ) I vacuumed my car. Went to the stall with the hose that didn't have a hole in it. Obviously. Got through most of the wash (I took my time) when it got to be time to rinse my car, I had to add more quarters. After shoving 4 quarters down the machine I realized it was taking my money. I had to pay a second wash with my card. I checked my bank account today and saw that they charged my card $10 dollars. LOL. Wow. It ended up being an $18 car wash that is easily valued at $2. First timer, I went with the automatic washing option. I went with the 2nd most expensive car wash, and it charged me $10 for probably the worst car wash I've ever been through. The line was too long to try to get another wash and plus I couldn't find a worker there anyhow. There are dirt spots all over the vehicle, especially on the back which is pretty much completely dirty. I have a picture too to prove it. This is a sad excuse for a car wash. Maybe the self washing stations are better? Let's hope so. read more

This car wash is close to my house and it's always the one I go to. The manual wash is inexpensive and I can was my car for about $4. Also, the vacuums work really well and only cost a dollar. What prompted me to write this review is today I went and the owner or manager was there cleaning up. Really nice and friendly. It seemed clean to me, but he kept apologizing about the trashes (they were full from an obviously busy Saturday) and he paid for my vacuuming. Good customer service right there. read more

I went through the $5 automatic bay and stopped to properly dry my car with a chamois cloth and there is still DIRT ON THE ENTIRE CAR. An entire layer! Rain does a much better job of cleaning than this place. Also, don't use the self service bays either, they completely scratched the paint so now there are little scratch swirls all over my car. This place is completely useless and actually damages your vehicle instead of cleaning it. read more

Came here for a quick wash deposited 5 minutes worth of coins. Ran through my wash waiting for the wash water to get soapy. It never happened. Came for a wash left with only a rinse. read more

First time here i swiped my card, was charged and no water turned on. Second time, swiped my charge, high pressure was low. Had to swipe my card ever three minutes to keep the water on. Great location, missed opportunity with this wash. read more

Inside each self service wash bay there is a sign under the credit card machine stating each swipe $2.00. After checking my bank account today I realized each time I swiped my card for an additional 2 minutes I was charged $10.00 per swipe not $2.00. When calling the phone number listed for Kipling car wash it went directly to a voicemail recording to leave my name location of car wash and the amount of money I am requesting to be refunded, be sure to leave my phone number because there is no caller ID. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So this happens quite regularly...and what happens to the people who don't notice being charged for a $50 car wash? SCAM read more

The vacuums have little to no suction and the some of the card readers are usually broken. Owner/maintenance man also has a bad attitude. Go to the car wash on 44th and Independence instead. read more

I called and left a message about the double charges, not expecting a return call. To my surprise, I did get a call back from a very nice and understanding representative. After explaining the situation I was told a refund would be sent in the mail. Today, again to my surprise, the refund came; not only for the double charge but also the overcharge. Amazing! The only good thing about this place is how cheap the vacuum is and it stays on for a long time. The fist stall I went into didn't have the card reader working. Ok no problem it happens. Then I read the sign stating you have to swipe for every $2. What?! Then the hose on the water pressure wand was leaking and got water all over my right side. The foam brush didn't even foam and soap was spurting out of the top. It was the worst car wash I've ever been too. read more
