He took his time with me and made sure I knew what to expect after and how to prevent any infections. It's been a week and my piercings are great, No inflammation, no infections and they are healing nicely. The ambiance is super chill. All the employees are so helpful and pleasant. The jewelry is not overpriced and they have a very large selection to choose from. I'm planning on going back to do my Tragus piercing next week, because he advised it would be better to not do all of them at the same time. I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me stuff he genuinely wanted to make sure I didn't have any complications from the piercing. Would totally recommend this place. read more

I've been in the shop a few times now but only for piercings. Staff is always very friendly and educated. The shop is clean and they abide by Covid Rules. I also find there jewlery selection is larger than other shops and cost less. I'm Contemplating a new tat and need a jewelry change so I will look into there artist and get back to you all. I've read some not so good reviews, listen ppl,, you have to do your homework on the artist. There are newbies out there and sounds like that who you all got. My piercers name was Secily (I hope I'm spelling it right), she was very nice, informative, and patient throughout the process. I received 3 piercings from her and would recommend anyone to go to her. She went over after care and walked me through each piercing which made me feel very comfortable. It was also very fast. My friend and I decided to get our first piercings here. I got my tragus and my helix done and my friend got two helix piercings- and I have to say that not only do I absolutely love the way they look but the service when we were getting them done was incredible. My piercer was Sara and she was the bomb! We were nervous because you know, needles are scary and I thought I'd be in pain but Sara thoroughly explained every part of the process. She showed us what tools she would be using and really calmed both me and my friend down just by talking about what would be happening during the actual piercing. She is a piercer with a lot of knowledge and it was evident that she had a lot of experience. Seriously, I'd easily go back and get another piercing and my friend would as well and that's saying a lot since needles make her nervous and shes a big baby. I had totally forgotten this one! Yeah, I got my navel pierced here 3 years ago for my birthday. This is the only piercing I've had done while conscious (I'm told the ears when you're a newborn don't count). I was a little nervous, but the guy who did it explained the whole procedure, gave me a little brochure about how to take care of it for the first few weeks, and to this day, no infections so far. And by the way, it didn't really hurt. I did the whole close-my-eyes-real-tight-to-be-ready (why do people do that, anyway?!) and I felt like when you go with all your might and strength to pick up a big suitcase... Hhhyyyyaaaahhhh...!!!!! ...just to realize it's totally empty. [clumsy trumpet soundtrack] "Oh, wow... That's it?". Everything was properly disinfected and you even have to fill out a form as you do when you go to the doctor's office. Lady, it's a piercing -- not a rhinoplasty! ... ... ... I came here for my first tattoo. I got it matching with two family members. Mine is absolutely horrible. Its blown out and looks smudged. I took proper care and followed all of the instructions. My tattoo artist Matt instructed me not to wear a bra for a few days since it would rub so I didn't. I consulted another tattoo artist and asked how it ended up so bad, and he told me his best opinion was that he went too deep. Overall everyone was kind except for my artist. He made me uncomfortable and acted like he would rather be anywhere else. My sister has seen other artists there and everything was fine so I thought matt would do fine. I don't recommend seeing this artist. I'm sure he's done great tattoos before but I'm very upset at how bad mine turned out. read more

I'm really disappointed. I went in and it seemed really nice, clean, and professional. the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and safe. the first red flag came when I asked them (twice) if they were going to check my anatomy for a septum piercing first in case I didn't have the right anatomy for it. I was waved off both times and told it was unnecessary. of course when I got it pierced it was clear they had fucked up because even the biggest jewelry (they changed the hoop three times) did not hang low enough. it was way too short and uncomfortable and you couldn't even see it. the actual piercing was done well enough, I didn't even feel it but it's ridiculous that I knew better than them what precautions needed to be made and they did a bangup job because they neglected common sense. totally unprofessional. they knocked $10 off the price (I payed $60) and sent me on my way. not even a few hours later I had to take out the septum ring because it was chafing and rubbing against my skin so badly. so in summary I spent $60 (plus cab fare to and from the shop) for nothing but a useless horseshoe hoop I can't even use. read more

I went in with my best friend and we were getting tattoos together, very simple pieces, just cursive text. First off the girl in the front has an attitude, acting like she is doing you a favor by not really helping you at all. Tim was the guy who did our tattoos, who was borderline rude the whole time. My tattoo looks like he just got tired after the first two words and didnt give a damn about how the rest looked.
