Came here to get my daith and helix piercing and my piercer kri was so amazing. He explained the entire process to me before we even started the piercing. He took his time with me and made sure I knew what to expect after and how to prevent any infections. It's been a week and my piercings are great, No inflammation, no infections and they are healing nicely. The ambiance is super chill. All the employees are so helpful and pleasant. The jewelry is not overpriced and they have a very large selection to choose from. I'm planning on going back to do my Tragus piercing next week, because he advised it would be better to not do all of them at the same time. I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me stuff he genuinely wanted to make sure I didn't have any complications from the piercing. Would totally recommend this place. read more

I recently got nipple piercings here, Secily was my piercer! I went by myself and I was nervous, this is my first piercing I've gotten and Secily made me feel really heard and calmed my anxiety, she was very knowledgeable and professional! The piercings are really cute, they look fantastic, and when the time comes to get more I'll definitely come back! If I could give no stars I would. I went to this place and got a belly piercing and the girl I think her name is Christine gave me a flat disk without informing me. I went back to see if they can change it out and the girl told me they would have to order it. Mind you I paid almost $100 for this piercing. Very upset with this place. read more

Alex at color fast is spectacular! I had two fairly good size tattoos done. Now I want so many more. I let him know my ideas and he sent me some options until we were both happy. Alex communicates as he goes and makes sure your doing ok. Just when I thought it can't get any better... BAM!!! I see the masterpiece! Amazing just what I wanted. Beautiful work. I've been in the shop a few times now but only for piercings. Staff is always very friendly and educated. The shop is clean and they abide by Covid Rules. I also find there jewlery selection is larger than other shops and cost less. I'm Contemplating a new tat and need a jewelry change so I will look into there artist and get back to you all. I've read some not so good reviews, listen ppl,, you have to do your homework on the artist. There are newbies out there and sounds like that who you all got. I've seen the owners work and I've been there when he has been tatting, the clients always leave happy. Look up the artist on Instagram or ask them for there portfolio. Best to all!! Let's all rock 2021!! read more

My piercers name was Secily (I hope I'm spelling it right), she was very nice, informative, and patient throughout the process. I received 3 piercings from her and would recommend anyone to go to her. She went over after care and walked me through each piercing which made me feel very comfortable. It was also very fast. Their jewelry is reasonably priced and their studio is very clean. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the person at the front desk is a bit rude. Other than that it was a great experience! read more

My friend and I decided to get our first piercings here. I got my tragus and my helix done and my friend got two helix piercings- and I have to say that not only do I absolutely love the way they look but the service when we were getting them done was incredible. My piercer was Sara and she was the bomb! We were nervous because you know, needles are scary and I thought I'd be in pain but Sara thoroughly explained every part of the process. She showed us what tools she would be using and really calmed both me and my friend down just by talking about what would be happening during the actual piercing. She is a piercer with a lot of knowledge and it was evident that she had a lot of experience. Seriously, I'd easily go back and get another piercing and my friend would as well and that's saying a lot since needles make her nervous and shes a big baby. But this is most definitely because the first time around was so comfortable and Sara was very reassuring. Thanks, Sara! read more

I had totally forgotten this one! Yeah, I got my navel pierced here 3 years ago for my birthday. This is the only piercing I've had done while conscious (I'm told the ears when you're a newborn don't count). I was a little nervous, but the guy who did it explained the whole procedure, gave me a little brochure about how to take care of it for the first few weeks, and to this day, no infections so far. And by the way, it didn't really hurt. I did the whole close-my-eyes-real-tight-to-be-ready (why do people do that, anyway?!) and I felt like when you go with all your might and strength to pick up a big suitcase... Hhhyyyyaaaahhhh...!!!!! ...just to realize it's totally empty. [clumsy trumpet soundtrack] "Oh, wow... That's it?". Everything was properly disinfected and you even have to fill out a form as you do when you go to the doctor's office. Lady, it's a piercing -- not a rhinoplasty! ... ... ... Rhino-- wha-what is that, anyway...??!?!? The shop is located in a great area, surrounded by clubs and places to hang out. There's a multilevel parking lot across the street. read more

Not your daddy's dirty tattoo parlor! After spending some time here with a friend and both of us getting work done, I can attest to this being a very clean, professional, high quality shop. I already have a full sleeve on one arm, so I have experience with shops and artists. This shop in particular has a great lineup of artists for the area, gets walk-in customers dealt with quickly, does good piercing work, and had one of the better big-project artists around heading the shop. Stop in, check out what they have to offer and enjoy the art on the wall. Some of the top names in the industry have pieces hanging in Vince's shop. read more

I would highly recommend this place. I needed a tattoo touch up and Matt did a wonderful job. Super cool guy!

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! HOW DARE YOU CALL SOMEONE FAT!!!!!!!!!! A young women comes in and you have the audacity to tell her she is too fat for a belly piercing. My friend went in and she recently got hers done and had to go back and this is what you say. I'm disgusted by you and your business. she is a beautiful young women who we often use to model at our store and you call her this. SHAME ON YOU STOP PROJECTING read more

I came here for my first tattoo. I got it matching with two family members. Mine is absolutely horrible. Its blown out and looks smudged. I took proper care and followed all of the instructions. My tattoo artist Matt instructed me not to wear a bra for a few days since it would rub so I didn't. I consulted another tattoo artist and asked how it ended up so bad, and he told me his best opinion was that he went too deep. Overall everyone was kind except for my artist. He made me uncomfortable and acted like he would rather be anywhere else. My sister has seen other artists there and everything was fine so I thought matt would do fine. I don't recommend seeing this artist. I'm sure he's done great tattoos before but I'm very upset at how bad mine turned out. read more

One guy drew two flowers on my finger that looked good this other guy tatted it, he only put one flower and it's off centered I'm very disappointed I have to have this on my wedding finger for the rest of my life. read more

My daughter saved up and was so excited to get her first tattoo. Imagine her disappointment when 2 out of 3 words were misspelled. Amateur stuff here: at least the tattoos I can't comment on the piercings. read more

I should give this place no stars since they messed up my tattoo, which now has to be covered. I went in with my best friend and we were getting tattoos together, very simple pieces, just cursive text. First off the girl in the front has an attitude, acting like she is doing you a favor by not really helping you at all. Tim was the guy who did our tattoos, who was borderline rude the whole time. My tattoo looks like he just got tired after the first two words and didnt give a damn about how the rest looked. Even worse, he misspelled a word on my friends tattoo, even after she had told him to fix it. Bottom line - dont go here. read more

I'm really disappointed. I went in and it seemed really nice, clean, and professional. the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and safe. the first red flag came when I asked them (twice) if they were going to check my anatomy for a septum piercing first in case I didn't have the right anatomy for it. I was waved off both times and told it was unnecessary. of course when I got it pierced it was clear they had fucked up because even the biggest jewelry (they changed the hoop three times) did not hang low enough. it was way too short and uncomfortable and you couldn't even see it. the actual piercing was done well enough, I didn't even feel it but it's ridiculous that I knew better than them what precautions needed to be made and they did a bangup job because they neglected common sense. totally unprofessional. they knocked $10 off the price (I payed $60) and sent me on my way. not even a few hours later I had to take out the septum ring because it was chafing and rubbing against my skin so badly. so in summary I spent $60 (plus cab fare to and from the shop) for nothing but a useless horseshoe hoop I can't even use. read more

Don't know about their work, but they have ZERO customer service skills. My old lady went in to inquire about an earring and the girl that helped her seemed like she didn't give a shit. First time in the shop.....loved it! Was greeted warmly/promptly. I saw Sara for a double conch piercing. She was super informative, offered great suggestions and helped me select beautiful jewelry. No matter what, when ya get pierced, there's an amount of pain to be expected. This piercing in particular is a little tough but I genuinely feel like her quick precision lessened the blow. She gave me thorough aftercare info and sent me on my way....24hrs later? NO swelling and NO pain. So impressed. Will definitely recommend!! read more

Customer service excellent!!!! I got my nose pierced a month ago... my first time going to this place and I had a great experience, I'm 100% satisfied. My niece pulled out my nose piercing earlier since night... around 8 and I couldn't put it back in so I decided to call to see if someone could help me. The lady that answered the phone was very nice, she told me to come in and she'll put it back for me so I jumped in my car and head out there... after she put it in, I was like how much do I owe you and she said nothing we don't charge to put in back jewelries. I am so happy with this place and the experience I had. Thumbs up all tha way read more

First time going there. I just needed to find a place close to me that did piercings. Great service. Workers are so nice. Piercer was very experienced and knew what she was doing. She answered all my questions and informed me on how to care for it. Everything was sterilized and clean. Took about 5 minutes or less for her to pierce it. Overall it's an excellent place to get a piercing and I will be returning if I decide on getting any more. read more

I highly reccomend this tattoo studio. Awesome artists, friendly staff.. I'm even bringing my daughter for her first one this weekend.

Given that today is new years eve, I expected them to be busy. Still, that's no excuse to straight up ignore customers. The only staff member that bothered to help me was Won, one of the tattoo artists. I knew the piercer was busy and had no problem waiting. And I did, I waited over an hour just to be ignored because apparently the two guests that came in he opted to take right away. I'm sorry but that's poor service and I'll never return here. read more
