I went back and waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged and was quickly dismissed and told that I need to clean my jewelry and using saline (what I've used to clean my piercings for the past 7 years as most people do) is what's causing more grime to enter the jewelry . They told me to purchase an ultra sonic machine off Amazon and after I did so and used it a few times, over the course of two weeks, my jewelry only oxidized further. Had to buy new jewelry from another local place and they confirmed that this happens when the jewelry is low quality. I feel like I wasted my money replacing my jewelry twice within 2 months and I felt brushed off when I came looking for answers.

I'm planning on going back to do my Tragus piercing next week, because he advised it would be better to not do all of them at the same time. I wish I remember the name of the technician to give her a shout out, but if you're reading this, you were awesome :) Afterwards, I was explained the healing process and how I needed to take care of my new nose ring.
