We have tried cell phone (call & text), office phone, and email. Never able to get a hold of anyone. The last time we got any update on our vehicle was in November. The only way to get any updates is coming into his shop in person (which is over a 2 hr drive one way). I haven't seen any progress in forever and it's been such a disappointment. (2) Charlie of Charlie Horse Garage was payed a considerable sum of money, after agreeing to door swaps, and a myriad of other small things, a portion of which are still not done, a year later. When I came back to check up on the progress, I discovered Charlie had ripped out the seats and lost all the hardware, and Ben had destroyed the interior, losing precious small irreplaceable parts. Charlie and his crew have a "speedy" way of doing things. Because of this sad truth, Charlie even lost my donor car! Admittedly, they do not take direction well on your project, are unpleasant to even speak to, cannot look you in the eyes when talking, and are not careful or detailed with your project, all obvious signs of living the "high" life. (3) Charlie will roll your restoration investment out into his dirt encrusted junkyard to rust, and if you object, he will angrily shout you down. Over all the guys at Charlie Horse Garage are snake oil salesman. Just goons getting high on your success. They are classic car restoration con artists. Beware!
