Even though I don't have back acne, back facials are so relaxing to have and to me, are better than a massage. The salon is super cute inside and everyone was very nice. Carol took direction well and did a good job on my hair. She was certainly someone I would consider seeing again. The problem was the salon station itself was filthy and Carol kept running her hands through her wet hair (she was having another stylist color her hair when I arrived for my appointment) and she kept touching her nose (she had the sniffles). There were dozens of opened or partially used color tubes piled up next to the sink, the sink itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in sometime, there were half a dozen or so color bowls stacked up next to the sink and there were dirty towels on the floor (one of which appeared to have blood on it, though it could have been red hair dye). If I wasn't wigged out by the cleanliness of the work station, I would likely be a returning client, but I think I'll keep looking.

The salon looked beautiful and high class and so I was a bit nervous but I instantly felt comfortable when I showed up. It is very clean and they are all very professional. I have had so many people screw up my hair and I knew if anyone could fix my hair it would be Melissa. She listens to what you want and I pretty much told her to do what she wants since it was such a mess. I have never told anyone That before. As she was blow drying my hair I was amazed. I was like damn I look good. Hehe She also started doing pedicures and it was amazing . It's not like any other place to get a pedicure.
