10/10. Chance seriously has your best interest in mind. Super mindful of your schedule, easy to talk to, willing to spend a good amount of time on any concerns, really responsive, and just great guy. My house backs up to a huge field and I should have all kinds of bugs and rodents...but I don't. Not only does he provide a great service, but he also took the time to check out my home and found gaps in the siding and the garage door that were allowing pests to get in. I should mention that he found holes that 2 home inspectors missed. I've got a dog that loves her backyard and I was worried about sprays not being safe for pets, but Chance just lets me know when he's coming and to wait about an hour before letting the dog back out. I've even caught him moving my dogs toys from the yard to the patio so he can make sure no sprays get on the toys, just to be extra safe. Honestly, I liked him from the beginning when we moved to San Antonio 18 months ago. Chance will encourage texting pictures of bugs found and where we found them. I'm pretty sure he even said if we find a scorpion to let him know immediately and he'll be there ASAP. In fact, we found a live one in our kitchen late one night and he was there first thing in the morning. He continues to tell me to stop being shy and have him come out more often to place fresh traps. Bottom line, 1. I really don't have a pest problem anymore. 2. I feel like my pets are safe 3. Chance with Colt Pest Control is amazing. Rats had gotten into our garage and started multiplying- disgusting!! Chance sealed up our entire house around the perimeter, the easements and the roof to prevent further entry.
