The directions on MyChart were flat wrong. (How is it on the "north" side? Signage was terrible. Buzzcut at cardio was gruff and acted like I was at fault for not having been given directions before the procedure. With some exceptions most employees were friendly, but confused. Your merger was badly handled, your employees are still in the dark about many things. My Cardiologist's office staff, (not the professionals) is mostly incompetent, too many patients and some poorly trained employees with attitudes.

Employees were laying on the beds in the therapy room and had their feet up on chairs while on their phones. Both the front desk woman and the admissions woman who gave me the tour, did not focus on what their facility could offer, but instead trashing their competition. There were at least five times that they made negative comments about other rehab facilities. Not professional at all. I would not recommend for that alone. Luckily, we didn't end up needing a rehab.

It honestly feels more focused on generating revenue than genuinely getting to the root of complex health issues. I was driving all the way to the Overland Park location, which is about 30 minutes from my home, and at one point an appointment was scheduled for me at 8:00 AM during rush hour traffic that ultimately did not even seem necessary. Between the time, cost, and lack of thoroughness, the entire experience became very frustrating. I do want to say that the front desk staff were always wonderful, and Mariah was an absolutely great nurse. My frustration is not with them personally, but with the company as a whole and the way patient care seems to be handled.
