Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) Guessing the HVAC will work much better (better air flow) and there will be less dust in the house now! Best $500 spent in awhile.

I called Jeff, and just two days later he had a crew out to take a look. Jon and Josh were all over it and even had to climb up into an extremely hot attic area to check the indoor part of the system. And guess what? He found a deflated birthday balloon had somehow gotten sucked in who knows how long ago! (We've only been here a year). So remove that, do a routine maintenance on the system, and Viola'! For a couple of hundred bucks we're back in business. So that's about the overall business, outstanding service, and awesome low cost. I hasten to add that due to an illness in the family my wife has been staying up all night and cat napping when she can. She was sound asleep when Jeff and Josh arrived so I asked if they could keep their voices down. They talked in whispers and literally tip-toed through the house. We have great warranties, and they respond to any problems imediately if possible. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!
