A 1-mile paved walking path takes you around the parks's many features. Those include four picnic pavilions with BBQ grills, football and baseball fields, a fenced roller hockey rink, basketball court, batting cage, four horseshoe pits, four tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and multiple playgrounds. There are also two military memorials.

Walking trail around the park is well maintained. Twice around is almost of 5k. Always lots of people doing lots of things. At least 4 pavilions to rent and I suggest you rent early because they are always being used. Food truck Fridays once a month and a Farmers Market on Thursday evenings during the warmer months. Being close to the Meramec River, part of the park does flood now and then. But, that is what it is. They clean it up pretty fast when it does.

It is a good, clean facility with people instructing that seem to really love what they do. The place is indoors and somewhat heated or cooled which is needed for the extreme weather we get here. My only gripe is the pricing for membership fees. If they were lower it would make sense to become a member, but saving $5 here and there for different lesson packages just to be able to also play tournaments is not worth that cost in my opinion. I wish the annual included unlimited free play. Many other places include free unlimited play in the yearly fee and just charge a reduced price for the tournament fee. This would be less costly to players if they did it this way.

There are 11 tennis courts and a complimentary ball machine which is great for perfecting ground strokes and vollies. The pros quickly helped me find my muscle memory again and I am now in the adult drop-in drills class. I absolutely love playing tennis and it is truly a lifelong sport. I have so much fun at these drills and I've made a lot of friends in the classes too! This is the perfect place for beginners to advanced players! Also love the indoor aspect so I can play during winter time too.
