I told the women to calm down, and she says "NO! we have a lot to do" and shoves the piece of paper regarding my question and tells me she cant help me. We got I think Brittany to help us out. She was really nice and chatty. She told my husband and I that OnPoint is a "sister company" her words, so that I don't get charged at the ATM with my OnPoint card. That's false, she also stated that the external transfers are immediate, which is also false. She then asked if she wanted us to get a debit card ordered since I'm now on his account I said yes and she said okay ordered. Flash forward a week I went to pull cash out using my debit through OnPoint and got charged $3. I called a US Bank branch in orchards and the guy said my account and my husbands are two different companies so I'm going to get charged to withdraw cash. Not a big deal as I have a joint through my husband. I then asked where's my debit card since it had been a week. He stated no card was even ordered or created. So he had to go through the motions of getting it created and ordered. He even went and asked what style card I wanted! I complained to Kyle at the Albertsons branch about Brittany and he informed me she's a senior banker. Why she gave me that information that was wrong I do not know. Just be careful what bankers tell you especially at this location
